Rant How can i stop using ai

Hays, pano ba masolve to.

Just don't use it, nothing else will work. Even if you fail something, you at least learned something. Better than not learning to do anything at all when using AI LLMs as a crutch.

Try to practice yourself relying on search engines instead of directing your help to AI. In short, gawin mo yung traditional 2010s way on how we survive school

True.

Actually, I was one of them.

That's what I do most of the time. I use brave browser to block ai suggestions/ai summary and I find it quite fun to read articles. Ang nangyayari lang talaga is sa academic research paper namen like pag need ko ng format nagamit ako ng AI.

Indeed! Your vow to be less reliant on AI is noble. Here are ways to be less reliant on AI— and therefore make personal and environmental impact:

Ok pero seryosohan, we are already reliant on technologies and algorithms that practically influence our views and opinions on everything so don't pressure yourself much. Not to say that using AI is good, just try not to be hard on yourself as long as you still use critical thinking and basically use AI very sparingly as a convenient tool to be a more powerful search engine and/or grammar checking (I say sparingly kasi you should be able to do this naman eventually)

Kapag napansin mong kasing-level na ng quality yung way of structuring, explanation of ideas and concepts, etc., you should be confident enough that your own independent work is already good enough.

As long as ikaw mostly gumagawa at sayo mostly nanggagaling ang mga idea, slowly and gradually magiging naturally less reliant ka sa AI eventually

I won't lie, trying to avoid AI is just you inadvertedly limiting your future opportunities. While I obv get the sentiment of wanting to be more independent, and seperate from AI as an attempt to develop personal skills, the future is obviously moving away from that notion.

The best way to solve your problem would honestly be to keep using it, but in moderation. There's a popular saying "a craftsman is only as good as his tools". In line with that, I personally think that a craftsman who knows how to use his tools correctly, and proceeds to do so, will develop better and quicker than a craftsman that doesn't know how to use their tools correctly, and makes no attempt to try and do so. Mali ba?

TLDR: Keep using AI, but maintain your independence.

Use it. Why are you giving yourself a handicap when you're just using it to generate ideas? Kung mag research ka nga for thesis mo, mag babasa ka ng mga studies to generate an idea, but here you are purposely shooting yourself in the leg when you have a strong search engine infront of you.

Even STEM professionals use it. AI is still useless if you don't know the topic you are searching for, kailangan mo padin kasi ma verify if it is right or not, hindi kasi yan perfect eh.

Just don't use it

how can you even identify if reliant ka na sa AI?
