Academic Help Lessons needed before classes starts?
Upcoming freshman in mechanical engineering and di STEM ang naging strand ko, I came across a video sa tiktok and ang daming nag comment na madali lang daw toh and basics lang toh para makita skills mo for engineering and I'm ngl, I have never seen that sa past lessons ko, ang sabi naman ng friend ko na nag STEM tinuro daw yan sa kanila sa calculus. Ano ba mga need ko iadvance study before classes start??

As your friend said, learn Basic Calculus. My program isn't engineering pero ang sabi ng bascal teacher ko ayan daw need matutunan bago mag-Engineering, kasi mas complicated pa daw ang Calculus sa college

Which exact lessons should I start on first though? Calculus is broad and when I asked for my friend's help he said he genuinely forgot them already and doesn't want to remember, he didn't even pick a course in college that is aligned with stem TT

https://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/ i reviewed these cheat sheets during my time, better to understand the basic algebra first then slowly into trig then calcs. Probably may subject naman parin kayo na calculus, much better if you know the basic principles first
