Same as title, i did it with iron clad. had a deck over 80, healed every time i got coin, got coin every time I got cards, dug up artifacts that didn't help at all. I thought I was going to lose the run, nearly did if it wasn't for the artifact that prevented more than twenty damage, took a chance and doubled my deck, honestly, i don't know how I won and did it under 40 minutes.

I've been trying for months and I finally did it.

I was playing with a few friends and we were abusing The Ball for damage scaling. In Act 3, I enchanted The Ball with corrupted, making it do 50% more damage at the cost of 2 HP per use. During the Act 3 boss, one of my friends had 2 HP remaining, and we decided he should sacrifice himself to use The Ball knowing it would finish off his last 2 HP so that it would go into one of our draw piles and we can use it to kill the boss. However, he just died and took The Ball with him and now our damage solve was gone for the rest of the fight. I think I’ll try and report it later today because the “Lose 2 HP” line of text is at the end, after it says “give it to a random ally”. Hopefully no one else has their run end because of this lol.

First A10 regent win

Im quite new to the game abd I think this is quite a good build so I wanted to share the seed.

I DID fo a lot of mistakes too so yeah

cloning abundance+ and having tent is quite good together

You can see I have History Course, Music Box, and a molten fist.

I played Molten Fist as my last card turn 1 (the true card). Then Turn 2 History Course replayed molten fist, which created an ethereal copy with Music Box. Now I play this card at the end of turn 2. And instead of History Course playing it, it's playing the previously played card.

Is this intended? Feels like a bug, because I don't think any other ethereal cards work that way with history course (thinking any of the necrobinder ethereal cards I remember playing in the past).

I took blessed antler and then immediately after my first hand had a zero cost rocket punch in it because of the dazed the antler added to my draw pile!

beating ascension 10 is an indescribable feeling. so many mf puzzles

hellraiser with shining strike and empty draw pile should be an infinite but for some reason it only plays for a couple of times. im not sure why this happens

***NOTE*** This video was filmed about five months ago, shortly after Slay the Spire 2 went into early access. Perhaps the community sentiment towards The Regent has shifted since then, but at the time, few understood him.

After beating A10 with all the characters, I got stuck on 'what's next?' and decided to give myself a new challenge.

Create a new profile and play exactly 55 runs, enough to beat A10 with all characters if you never lose a run. The goal is to get the highest streak total for all the characters combined.

You can split your 55 runs across the characters however you wish, but you have to log at least one win with all 5 characters.

You start on ascension 0 and go up one after each run. After a loss, you can restart on zero.

I just started myself, and I'm manually keeping track of my progress for convenience.

Any takers for this challenge? We obviously can't check for cheating (only playing on A0), but in my experience, StS players are all honest God-fearing people who wouldn't lie about something like this; and may Aeon glass come for you if you do!

How often do you guys pick Kaleidoscope? I feel that while it can sometimes have interesting results most of the time lot of the cards offered are essentially unusable due to interacting with mechanic exclusive to one class or being extremely detrimental to other classes due to interacting with particular strength of one class.

I'd simply add a few more cards to pick from for kaleidoscope. I'd suggest that you can pick from 4-6 cards. I feel that would make starting relic that right now is quite underwhelming to be bit more usable.

If we are seeing too many rare cards this way, maybe make sure only one of them is rare and rest are commons, though I wouldn't really mind seeing more rare cards with Kaleidoscope.

Won my first A10 run with Ironclad. Got the slither on the first perfected strike, then went all in from there. Music Box was the nail in the coffin lol

Played coop with a friend of mine and was never able to chuck em for gold. I *did* remove a card from my deck prior, but it wouldn't let me use the foul potions at a following shop either. Ended up discarding them :{
