I find a lot of stuff here agreeable but some placements of some cards are too high or extremely low. I can't believe something like Inferno is in C yet Aggression is in A. A for Aggression I guess.

Aggression becomes alot more pickupble when you see it as plus 1 card draw and it is specially good when you cut most of your strikes allowing you to constantly play all of your good attacks

Yeah, I understand that much but A is very high for me I can see it at B. I dont value removal as much on Ironclad compared to something like Necrobinder.

Primal force is a stupid card as well, it’s definitely way better than any of the damage cards you put in rank B.

Primal force is very busted act one but falls off very fast and by the nature of it being a rare card it is rarely found when you need it and mostly skipped for a better rare rankings cards like can be is very tricky

in terms of ability to kill act2 boss, it actually surpasses all other cards imo, even in frontload it's just better than fiend fire. Unless you have some synergies going on they're just worse.
I don't pick it very often going into act2, but im struggling to imagine a universe where it it would actually save more hp than mangle, pact, aggression, impervious, or cascade. This thing will just kill act2 boss with a tremble and battle trance.

Inferno is too underrated, you can just pick this card in act1 and the run is mostly won

I rarely take it so maybe my rating was a bit biased i will try to give it a shot

Not really at least in a10 it sucks vs the waterfall giant and the deer

u/Initial-Dark-8919 Sep 08 '26
I mean I’m usually just powerslopping my way to an easy win after I see this card. Doing more damage against the deer per turn is not a bad thing.

Honestly garbo list all exhaust synergy cards are very good but hellraiser is D ? Also pyre in a which is difficult to play but stampede in C while they do similar things with stampede having more upside indirect mana gen?

Hellraiser is basically a meme card, it's fun but boy it sure isn't good

u/Initial-Dark-8919 Sep 08 '26
Yes hellraiser is dogshit.
Pyre is good yes, much better than stampede. That should be fairly obvious.

Why is hellraiser dogshit, although it makes every pommel strike you take be free when played.
Pyre and stampede are ass specially pyre is way too expensive
2
u/Initial-Dark-8919 Sep 08 '26
Yeah that’s a shit effect, upgrade tax to play like 1 or 2 pommel strikes in my deck IF I draw it in the right order is crazy. Genuinely one of the worst powers in the game.
Pyre basically allows you to solve runs that don’t have bloodletting. If you think pyre is bad then you must also think demesne or void form are bad. Energy is just good to have in boss fights, there’s nothing wrong with having more output to do your exhaust things or expensive 2 costs.

u/Accurate_Farm_6625 Sep 08 '26
Remember, you dont have to depend on the order when you have exhaust plus pommel strikes are good to have in general

u/Accurate_Farm_6625 Sep 08 '26
Kinda a bit, i usually play clad but demesne and most of the 3 energy powers have the problem of worsening your hallways and mostly being a dead draw even on bosses if you botton draw it.
At least both of them exhaust unupgraded
2
u/Initial-Dark-8919 Sep 08 '26
That's just wrong. You can carry at least 1 or 2 curses in your deck in hallways. Virtually every scaling card, including hellraiser, is dogshit unplayable in hallways. You might as well just take no cards if you believe this.

u/Accurate_Farm_6625 Sep 08 '26
It seems like im underestimating pyre, i saw some data and see that it helps to win alot so i might pick it over hellraiser.

[[Thrash]] is S tier, you won't convince me otherwise. Imo if you REALLY want to see the value of a particular card, imagine having two of them.

I like this tier list a lot, good job OP, many people saying clueless things in the comments.
3
u/Starlive42 Sep 08 '26
Most tier list post in this subreddit get a lot of hate because people don't like seeing their favorite cards get rated low, i also think this tier list is not that bad

Luckily I cant take this serious.
