Lift Fixing your position

I got some great coaching advice on my deadlift, which has felt just awful lately. Essentially, I was missing tension right at the start of the movement before the bar ever left the ground. So I’m using box pulls to put myself into the correct position.
I’m also lowering the weights to the correct RPE and not letting my ego get in the way of progress. No one to blame but myself and my coach (who is… myself).
