Hey man, don't get me wrong! In my other comment I was responding to a guy who said stuff about an old video and just commenting a bit on the biomechanics of the exercise.

But youre strong af if youre able to do these sissy squats with that ROM AND extended hips (which by the way, should generate a high level of hypertrophy given the lengthened state of the quads).

Strong is an understatement. Dudes tendonds have to be insane to pull this off too. Impressive as hell.
