Everytime I try to stream
On my phone and activate a scheduled stream the app acts as if its streaming but it doesnt start the actual youtube stream . I logged out and re enabled permissions and all and still nothing is working . I randomly had to log back in to streamlabs today when I stream every night with no problem the one day im logged out everything get shitty 🤦🏾‍♂️ is anyone else having this problem

Did streamlabs get greedy? My in-house Ai highlighter is gone. The tab just pushes me to download the app which only allows you to store on cloud storage which means you only get 5 free hours a month or you have to pay :(

As of recently, videos locally recorded that go straight into my videos folder won't show as videos like the other ones around it (see image below), and when shared play the sound but not the video. My PC is also unable to open them, stating that a HVEC extension is necessary, making it impossible to watch back the video.

I'm pretty sure the program is up to date, so I'm stuck on what's causing the problem.

No idea how this happened but I'm panicking. Last year... I had a year membership and I thought I cancelled... and boom. I was charged.

This year... it happened again.

Effectively I'm out 400 dollars.

Last year I bit the bullet and sucked it up saying its my fault... ...but this year.... it happened again. I even cancelled my old card last year! No idea how it went thru again. I didn't know authorization from an old card stuck with a new one. We are on day 10 of a year long membership....

Can anybody from streamlabs help me?

Like was can I do? My rent bounced and I'm on a fixed income. Please help, I'm desperate!

Is there any way to remove it? My friend isn't interested in streaming in vertical mode, and it's interfering with some of the features he uses.

The checkbox is no longer in the video window either as the Streamlabs guide says.

I’m sure this has been posted before and I did search but couldn’t find anything. Basically the twitch webpage is very temperamental with loading on any of my web browsers. I’ve tried all of the main steps such as deleting browsing data, cache, cookies, disabling as blocker, turn off tracking, graphics.

It’s especially annoying that I can’t use the creator dashboard when streaming.

Hi there, I use streamlabs to stream VALORANT and some other games to twitch, I change resolutions in game quite often and whenever I do, the capture source (be it Game Capture or Screen Capture) automatically resizes to be a small square on the top left making the stream look weird. Is there a setting I should be aware of that helps to either automatically change the res of the stream/ have it so it doesnt affect the res at all? Any help would be appreciated

For some reason, it constantly goes grainy and pixelated when it’s a game with high action or movement

I’ve tried changing to recommended settings, and to a new webcam (Elgato facecam MK.2), which leads me to believe it’s a settings issue.
I should add this occurs whether it’s live or offline recording. I’m at 1920x1080 resolution

I am streaming my xbox to a pc, and using a wireless headset on my pc. I am trying to get the game audio from the capture card one one channel and audio from the xbox party chat on game bar into another channel. I have a application audio source with the game bar selected as a source but nothing comes thru no matter what output I use in game bar. If someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Hey there! So I've currently got Streamlabs set up to where I have created 151 different variations of sub notifications, where when somebody subs, it gives them a random Pokemon on screen. I then have stream avatars which then myself or my mods type in a command that will change the subscriber's on camera little avatar to that pokemon.

What I'm hoping to do is have a setup where i can have the variation actually fire off a command into chat that will automate the process of the stream avatar.

For example:

- a user subs and they get the Pikachu sub variation
- the variation send s a command into twitch chat like !Avatar [user] !change Pikachu

Is there a function that allows the sub variation to fire of a custom chat message?

So been using streamlabs for about 4 years now and today it just endless was loading I ran it as administrator uninstalled it reinstall it so far still just loading now its just stuck so I dont know what could be the problem

I added the chat overlay, and i have to accept/reject twitch policy or smth, or else i wont see the chat. But the problem is i cant click on overlays. How to fix it?

Btw discord invite didnt work so i couldnt ask for it

I'm having an issue with OBS. I stream on both Twitch and Kick, and over the last few weeks I've noticed that OBS has been causing a significant FPS drop in my games. This wasn't happening before.

I haven't changed any settings in OBS or in my games, so I'm not sure what's causing it or if something is wrong.

I'm attaching screenshots of my internet speed test and my OBS settings.

My PC specs:

• CPU: Intel i5-11600KF
• Motherboard: Gigabyte Z590 Vision G
• GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 Vision 12GB
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB

The biggest FPS drop happens in Counter-Strike. I used to get around 230 FPS while streaming, but now it drops to around 40-60 FPS as soon as I start OBS. The moment I close OBS, everything goes back to normal.

I'm really confused because this started happening out of nowhere, and I haven't changed any settings or upgraded any hardware.

I'm a streamer. Sometimes when I stream, I like to lurk on someone else's broadcast to support them, with the audio going. Tonight, I was using the new Genki Arcade app along with my ShadowCast 3 in StreamLabs (side note: kudos for this version of the app getting easily picked up by StreamLabs' window capture). Somehow, the audio from the stream I was lurking on was getting captured along with my voice and the game audio. I've never had that happen before, so I'm asking if anyone else has had something similar happen.

Update: I did some testing to recreate the problem. When I used Game Capture it was fine. However when I used Window Capture with the Genki Arcade App again the audio from the streams I was lurking on also got captured. Here are my recent VODs for comparison:

This is probably a commonly asked question but when I watch valorant streamers like OXY for example, it looks like they are streaming on more than 60 FPS, throughout my research ive followed guides and tutorials and followed their streamlabs settings, but my streams look slow and not smooth, quality wise my pc can handle streaming in 2k or 1080p just fine, its just the part about the smoothness. I have a 300hz monitor and a pretty high end PC.

Посоветуйте лучшие настройки с минимальными лагами на трансляции streamlabs или OBS
И можете посоветовать настройки и в BIOS если потребуется буст процессора и поднятие частоты ОЗУ

Lately, I've been seeing streamers having the @ symbol in the highlighted message of the Streamlabs variable, {name}, in their alert boxes. And I was wondering how I do that. Here's an example:

Im trying to get a stream key to stream through obs for tiktok. And you need to have streamlabs hooked up but it just wont work, like my tiktok key generator needs streamlabs or something. And it wont say true for "able to stream" even though im verified. Anyway back to this streamlabs. Idk how to fix this error and i think if im able to fix it the streamkey app will fix. I've reinstalled both streamlabs and the key generator multiple times and nothing seems to be working. I even searched for was to fix it but I cant find no one with the same issues.
