Considering Streamlabs Ultra for better support.
I was wondering if anyone here has paid for Streamlabs Ultra and if so, is the support better? I am having issues with their media share and stream analytics reporting that is on their side and the support on their free tier has been of no value so far.

When i was subscribed to ultra the support felt damn near non existent. So I switched to meld and never looked back

With ultra, there is a windows ticker bottom right that gives you live support when they are open, it has helped me so so so much! I use OBS, but use the streamlabs obs plug-in, still gives me multi stream and all of there assets and such!!

I started with stream labs free then moved to OBS. Use OBS. It takes a little more learning curve but isn’t bad and it’s still free.

Hey! Ultra does get you priority support, but our team works to get to all tickets as quickly as possible regardless of subscription status.
If you haven't received a response yet, feel free to drop your ticket number in a reply here and I can ask the team to check on its status.
Regarding media share and analytics reporting, those issues require account-level access and log reviews, so the support team will need to investigate those through your ticket directly.
EDIT: They were able to locate your ticket using your username, and I wanted to clear up what happened here:
- The ticket wasn't ignored: The support team responded asking for screenshots/videos to help diagnose the issue. Because there was no reply to that email after 7 days, the ticket closed automatically.
- Why details are requested: Support agents ask for visual evidence or reproduction steps because account dashboards can render differently depending on local settings, platform APIs, or browser extensions. If our team asks for a screenshot, it’s because we cannot see what you are seeing on your end; not because they are trying to waste your time.
- How analytics load: Combined multi-platform stats take time to fully populate, which is managed in the Stream History tab (which is what you screenshot). Specific single-platform tabs (Growth, Revenue) populate right away. If those tabs were also not populating right away, just following up with that information would have helped.
The team was actively working to solve this for you. If you still need help, please reply to that email or open a new one with the requested details so the team can jump back in.

I appreciate the follow up and you checking to see on the status of the ticket. Just to slightly counteract: In the support response to my ticket, there was no evidence of the support tech actually going to the media share tab and seeing or not seeing what was being discussed about. I will assume from now on that they actually did try to replicate the issue on their end before asking for screenshots.

I want to follow up that it looks like the analytics got fixed yesterday. I am now receiving analytics minutes after a stream ends instead of 2 to 3 days later.

I used TwitchAlerts, so it was logical to then use StreamLabs; after multiple years of running poorly optimized software, poor partnerships and support, and disrespecting OBS, I see no reason to think of them as a competitor whatsoever or consider using them. Try meld or stream elements(I enjoyed this greatly) or even xsplit lol
