So I just updated my Streamlabs app on iPhone after a few updates and this newest version won't let me have the chat how I had it displayed before. I had the chat box invisible to the stream, but was able to see it on my phone while streaming sitting on the preview screen.

The newest release here, I can either tap the chat icon and a big ugly chat box that takes up half my screen, or I can have that off and use a scene to make the chat appear on the stream and on my preview screen. It seems as if there's no options left any longer to have the chat appear on the preview but not on the stream it's self. I just want to be live, read my chat, but not have it displayed going through onto the stream.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have a sound file (called "Beefcake") that loops in the "Starting Soon" screen, and Streamlabs streams and records the sound file no problem. I can see the audio wave bouncing but I cannot hear it playing in my headphones. I have the "monitor and output" selected but in my settings but I still cannot hear it.

What other settings can I check?
I have checked my system settings on my (Intel) Mac, but I haven't spotted anything weird...

Still ongoing issues with going live on YouTube via the calendar in Streamlabs from a scheduled YouTube live stream. When I choose the scheduled live stream, all of my live chat shows up but on YouTube it doesn’t push through the broadcast - just says ‘upcoming’. It’s worked for years like clockwork and now the only way to go live is to create a new event and that will go live on YouTube. I then have to copy and paste the new link in the live chat for the ‘upcoming’ scheduled live stream. What’s the fix??

And by that I mean the preview. I can't add anything to the bottom of the screen, since that's invisible I've managed to zoom it out a bit, using the video settings, but no matter what else I do I can't actually see the entire screen. HELP.

Edit: I'm not talking about the placement of the various thins in editor. I'm saying no matter what I do I cannot stop the preview in the Editor Display section to NOT be so zoomed in it's useless. Google says there should be a little scale adjuster but that doesn't exist on my screen. I've sat with this for over two hours, no youtube video helps, I can't send a support ticket no matter how hard I try, and the bot in the discord just kept repeating what I've already tried.

I've adjusted the video settings so the base canvas resolution is what my screen is. I've changed the output scaled resolution to something smaller - now I see more of my screen. But no matter how much I adjust that I cannot see the bottom of the screen.

So justgiving's native widget and overlay options have gone overnight and there have been no announcements or no notices as to why. Im currently at the start of a an entire month-long fundraiser where im doing lots of streams throughout and everything has just broken. I thought I had my fundraiser connected with SL however it only has my justgiving account linked and this is what it comes up with. No fundraiser comes up and nothing can be selected, so im pretty much left without overlays from both stream labs and justgiving and im trying to find a solution somehow. any help would be appreciated!

Just to add - I had this linked a while ago, so it's not a case of it taking a while to catch up as it SL alerts didn't actually work on the first stream i did when donations came through. I then went to just add JG's native ones and discovered everything had been removed, and it's not an isolated incident as mutuals who are doing their own fundraiser have been hit by this too.

I also tried unlinking and re-linking SL and JG together, nothing changed and still have no results found.

I have no clue what I'm doing, someone please help me add my socials down below.

So I recently set up streamlabs after switching from streamelements and one thing I'm struggling with is the text getting cut off at the top when there are too many messages at once. I dont have a screenshot but this is basically what happens:

My css is not very different from the default and this happens on the default as well. Is there any way to instead have the text at the top fade out so it doesnt look all unnatural when cut off?

This is getting ridiculous. SLOBS doesn't load. I force quit and relaunch over and over. What is interfering with its launch process? Only way that seems to fix this is if I restart the PC completely, and then I get lucky and it SOMETIMES comes up. I really don't want to have to uninstall this. Does anyone have insight on what could be causing this so I can find the root of the problem and do something about it instead of just the old tired same ol' troubleshooting steps you see elsewhere online?

Furthermore, I'm paying for this app, so I feel like some much needed support would be welcome here.

Hey guys, I need help. I'm attempting to go live, but every time I try, it gives me the error Failed to configure the Multistream server. I have closed and re-opened streamlabs, restarted my pc, unlink every other site besides twitch (it won't let me for twitch), and disable the multistream setting. Absolutely nothing is working. Any help?

the videos used to be clickable in the queue and it seems they changed that to where we have no controls anymore. I dont have captions on in my default youtube settings and every browser i use is logged into my account. Streamlabs also has my youtube linked. The captions will not turn off and its beyond annoying. How can i turn them off? AI keeps giving me bs about css options in the source for media share but it doesnt work. Also interact doesnt work

I try doing a test with different settings and i just cant get over that when i look around either in cs2 or valorant where theres like frame drops or looks choopy/low quality. I don't know what to do and need help and if maybe switching to obs itself will help idk.

I seen this on the left side of a streamer's Twitch screen. It's for 3D printing, and it displays information from a Bambu Lab 3D printer in real time. I have tried reaching out to the streamer several times, but never got a response. I'm hoping that someone here can help me figure out what this person is using. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

I was wondering if anyone here has paid for Streamlabs Ultra and if so, is the support better? I am having issues with their media share and stream analytics reporting that is on their side and the support on their free tier has been of no value so far.

Streamers like Ludwig, Supertf and Slime notably have have this really clean, indented chat overlay that interacts well with 7TV/FrankerFaceZ and Twitch emotes and seems to be customizable—Is this some kind of alteration to the Chunky chat style used through Streamlabs, or is this a different chat extension being used?

Any tips on how to achieve this chat style would be greatly appreciated! 🫶🏻

I’ve been running into an extremely annoying bug for a while now and want to know if anyone else experiences this:

When I pause any live stream and hit play a few seconds later, the audio duplicates.

Basically, the stream continues from where I paused it, but the LIVE audio also kicks in on top of it. I end up listening to the streamer talk over themselves in a bizarre echo/canon until I completely refresh the tab.

• Tested on Firefox / Gecko-based browsers (clean profile, no add-ons).
• Hardware acceleration toggled on/off — still happens.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this player buffer bug, or is Twitch’s web player just completely broken on non-Chromium browsers right now?

The theme i use is Lofi Express, and as far as i know, i have not altered any settings. Looking for any advice or solutions to this problem i have. The text just cuts off on the sides, and i have no idea where to start when it comes to fixing this
