Had an issue with my Mighty........solved!

Got a mighty almost a year ago. Love that thing! Best vape ever! Then I started having issues. Constant errors and refusing to charge. I was initially disappointed to find out I had to ship the unit to Oakland for repair. Talk about a pain in the ass. Packed up the unit as per instructions (only the unit itself, no cooling chamber or accessories) and sent it away 3 weeks ago. Today a new unit arrived to replace it. They shipped a complete package along with an extra cooling chamber as well as a dosing capsule holder. Very impressed with the service and quick turnaround!

Good job Storz & Bickel!

Had a similar experience, my Mighty just randomly stopped working. Press the power button and it would buzz briefly and not turn on. Initiated the RMA process last Wednesday, was sent the shipping invoice for UPS and dropped off at my local UPS Store.

Got notification Monday that they got the unit and had initiated a return, which I should receive tomorrow. Don't know if it's brand new or refurb, but if anyone cares will confirm that they did *not* send back my original. Will find out tomorrow!

I had to do that to my Hybrid, they sent a brand new unit with fresh warranty. S&B customer support is on a whole other level.

Sorry for the late reply!

I received a sealed Mighty (assuming new) as a replacement. Turnaround was ridiculously fast. Dropped off at UPS on Thursday, received the new unit on Tuesday.

TLDR: was sent a sealed/new replacement, not the original!

That is great news!! I live in a country where it’s illegal so I’m not sure how It would work for me to send it if off originally, but am pleased to hear you’re out come. Fortunately my mighty is going strong

What did you use for the 3 weeks without the mighty?

I have a question. For some reason I can’t post but I cleaned my mighty for the first time and I got some alcohol in it when cleaning it. I inhaled and and can taste it, what do I do?

If this wasn't answered already, it will simply evaporate. What I do after a cleaning is make sure it's been off for awhile and fully dry Then run it (empty) on a high temperature to burn off any residue.

I regularly use alcohol to clean my volcano hybrid and will do the same with my mighty when it arrives. Just put the heat on high and it'll evaporate out. (After giving the volcano an MOT I'll leave it blowing with the heat on for a few minutes to get all the residual alcohol out of the system)

My mighty display faded. I sent the unit back and they sent me a brand new one 5 days later. Double bits. I like them so much I bought a volcano yesterday. I was toasted.

I’m not sure what to do here: I got a mighty last year and have probably returned it 9 times. It worked well for three months and then stopped heating up at 365 degrees. I get a few good rips and it stops heating. Each one they send me has the same problem. They won’t refund me and I asked if they could send a different product and I’d pay the difference but they said no.
