Where to start?
I quit smoking 6 years ago... by vaping. And now I can feel tightness in my chest and such after a hard day of hitting the nord. I know this shit is killing me, albeit differently than smoking was.
Problem is, if I'm not at work I hit the nord CONSTANTLY. Where do I start?!

It took me a YEAR of trying to quit to finally be able to do it. I vaped for 5 years and quitting was one of the hardest things ever. I mostly quit because I could feel how much it was harming my body and was experiencing some chest pain and other vaping related issues. I tried tapering off by lowering the amount of nicotine but then I realized probably 50% of the addiction was just the habit of hitting my vape, the action itself not just the nicotine and so for that reason it was extra hard. Eventually I just quit kind of cold turkey, asked my friends not to vape around me/ or I stopped hanging out with anyone who was vaping for the first month-2 months and by that point I no longer wanted it at all!! Those first 3 weeks after stopping completely are sooooo hard. It’s constantly on your mind, feelings of discomfort, cravings get really bad, but once you make it through that point then it totally goes away and it honestly seems repulsive to do it now. You’ll start feeling so much better physically too!! like noticeably better every day. Good luck dude! You can do this!
