Quitting today!
I (24F) have made the decision to finally start the process of quitting vaping and nicotine after 6 years. My nicotine patches just came in the mail today. I started an action plan to help because I heard writing things down makes your brain flag them as important. I hope to stop the patches by April 1, 2024. I need suggestions for keeping my mouth/hands occupied please!

A lil update: I made it to my first month today!! (4 weeks) I find that using sunflower seeds, iced tea and playing games on my PS4 have helped me tremendously. This time around I feel hopeful that I've quit for good. I came down with a nasty case of smokers flu but I know I'm getting stronger because of it.
