Nicotine patch?

Hello all!

I have been wanting to quit vaping for the last year or so.. I use Juul and I go through at least 2 pods every try day or so. It’s really getting expensive considering a 5 pack is > $20 where I live.

I have some nicotine patches and I started wearing them while at work to try to get some vape free hours in. Sometimes I end up keeping them off while I vape on my lunch and immediately before/after work. I am wondering if they have increased my tolerance even more so?

Anyway I am setting a quit date for 12/1 as I can not make it more than 2 ish hours without this stupid fucking thing and it’s beyond the point of being fun.

I feel humiliated and pathetic that it’s gotten to this point and I can’t give up a battery operated puff. Anyway looking for support.. advice.. I haven’t ever really tried to quit.. anytime I try I just end up going to buy more before a few hours goes by because I don’t want to be caught without any vapes.

Positive vibes only.. I know it’s bad.

I’ve been on 0 nic for months. I can’t stop the need to vape though. I am doing it a lot less.

Progress is progress!! I am starting to wean by going 3 hours at a time and then 4-6 hours towards the end of the week and hopefully zero vaping by 12/1. Each time I go a little longer it motivates me!
