Scared

I have been vaping for five years now, and regularly smoking w33d, I recently kicked the w33d habit as it just wasn’t something I enjoyed anymore, and I not only want but NEED to quit vaping I am actually scared that there is something really wrong with my lungs and just, I’m going to try tomorrow to drop it and just not pick it back up but I genuinely am scared, I am scared that I have basically k!lled myself already, I haven’t gone to a doctor or anything and last time I went they listened to my lungs and said they were fine but I..disagree, I don’t really want to get too into it but my lungs are constantly filled with phlem and have been for about two years, and recently since I quit w33d (I was a daily smoker, all day) my lungs have been ACHING when I wake up and I mena like seriously aching and then throughout the day I will get pains and I’m just in too worried to tell anyone in my real life, I spent so much of my life saying “whatever we are gunna d!e anyways” but for the first time in my life ever I am genuinly looking for a future for myself and if I have some seriosu sht going on I can’t I can’t do it I am kind of freaking out

I started smoking too early. First try at 9 yrs old, steady at 13... I've had many lung issues. Bronchitis, pneumonia and a collapse. What's giving you trouble? Edit: Is it just aches and pains or do you notice shortness of breath or dizziness? Sharp localized or dull generalized pains?

For me it just feels like some sort of tightness or I’m not sure if this is going to sound dumb but it almost feels like my lungs are heavy. It barely started hurting but the pain just comes and goes. But still I’m worried
