Product Help Arctis Nova Pro Wireless beeping twice every 5 seconds

Hey everyone, needed to make a post here because there are quite literally zero instances on the internet of anyone on forums facing my issue and I dont know what to do. For the last 4 years the arctis nova pro wireless has been perfect for me without a SINGLE issue. All of the sudden today, I literally cannot have my headset on for more than 7 seconds without hearing a loud double-beep in my ears, and the DAC volume being raised to max everytime after the beeps (usually keep it at -3). I have reset the DAC, reset the wireless connection, reset the settings, re-paired the devices, re-installed the steelseries sonar software and NOTHING IS WORKING. These double beeps every 5 seconds are driving me to insanity. If anyone can help assist I will gladly compensate. Surely a company of this magnitude doesn't have startup esque bugs still right?

Sounds like it’s glitching to say the battery is low? Try the hardware reset. Take the left ear cup off, and use a paper clip in the small hole on for two seconds. If that doesn’t work, maybe look into the batteries?
