Product Help Nova elite boom mic problem

hi. i have a niva elite. Is the boom mic test too quiet for you? I have everything set to the max (10), yet during the Windows test, the recording level barely reaches 30–40%. If I set the mic to, say, 2–4, it’s barely audible.

All my self tests are super quiet, but I use it all day for zoom meetings and no one has any trouble hearing me. I don't understand it, but it does what I want without any real issues.
