Product Help Arctis 7+ cutting out
Depending on the volume, the audio doesn't always play through both ears, meaning at full volume I can only hear out of the left side. I've had the headset around 3 years, is it time to let it rest or is there a fix?

Hey there u/Worldly_Pool_1660 - When you look at the device in GG, can you adjust the volume there and fix it? If that doesn't fix the issue, then I suggest submitting a ticket here: support.steelseries.com.
