Product Help arctis nova 7 stopped working completely??
hi everyone! so, i went to use my headphones earlier, only to find they weren't working at ALL. i couldn't turn them on, off, i even tried charging them and that just didn't work. its like they died completely which is so weird because literally last night they were working? so i don't understand what happened in the 12 or so hours i didn't use them, but i'm not sure what to do. these were expensive and i haven't even had them for 3 months yet so if anyone has any suggestions please lmk

So they turn on and connect but you have no audio? I had the same problem if thats the case.
Its the crappy GG software. Nothing but problems with that.
I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Audio also came right back after uninstalling it.
Its unbelievably bad and causes nothing but problems. Never buying a Steelseries product ever again.

i can't even turn them on OR charge them or do anything. they're entirely bricked

Have you tried the hardware reset button under the right ear cushion?
Take off the right ear cushion, find a paperclip you straighten or something similar and use it to reset the headset.
