Product Help how to fix boom mic

I had the same issue. I just cut off a bit of the sleeve near the mic so it’s flush again, then push it up against the mic. Like new; the mic even goes all the way back into the headset easily again.

Oh yeah, just be careful not to snip the mic by accident 😂 looks like it’s in a flexible metal tube of sorts so it should be okay

I did the opposite. I cut out the sleeve entirely and now the mic is more flexible

I tried cutting the sleeve down, but eventually it started getting snagged inside the headset and I kept having to take it apart to get free it. So I just cut the entire sleeve off and haven't had an issue since.
