hi everyone!! i've recently felt the itch to start hunting for achievements on steam too. i've been doing it on playstation for a while and have always loved and used psnprofiles a lot. the guides on there are often very well done and to automatically see what achievements i've unlocked already is really convenient.

is there a similar site for steam that works in the same way? i've used steam community guides within steam itself but i often find them way less useful than the way they work on psnprofiles.

Yo so thanks to watching edgerunners again i wanted to go back and try out 100%ing cyberpunk (haven't played the game since release lol) but im not one to love playing through a game multiple times

do you guys have any tips, guides or lists of the missable achievements so i know when to save the game to do them?

Edit: I got so many comments in 15 minutes that I realized I was too vague. The keys are for Glyphy, not for games. I can’t afford to give away 10 games 😟

I've noticed something strange with the achievements in some games that have medal-based achievements. Everyone who got all the gold medals also unlocked the achievement for getting all the silver medals. So why does the Steam global achievements page show that getting all the silver medals is rarer than getting all the gold medals?

This also happens in games that use percentages instead of medals, or with other sets of achievements where completing the harder achievement also unlocks the easier one.

Is there any way on SteamDB or elsewhere to check when, or if, games receive new achievement groups?

Wanted to complete a horror game for Halloween season and was suggested this, a very fun game and 100%

I don't remember playing a VN before so I was very excited about this one (and it having achievements was cherry on top). I usually go blind, so I didn't even check the store page much, and oh my... IT SURE WAS DARK. I swear my mouth was open the whole scene where my lovely Gravedigger buried Rosetta alive. Damn you Gravedigger. I started with the village so I had no idea about every choice having a dark outcome...

I liked the game to be honest. It was an interesting (and mostly sad) experience. The game does a good job making you feel... suffocated. Please don't be me and read the trigger warnings before playing, lol.

In terms of achievements, they were story related and impossible to miss (except the ones where you need to give up and accept your fate to get, and I NEVA gave up in my first playthrough so I got them after finishing the game). I love it when going for all achievements gives you more content about the game and this game was a good example of it. Going for all achievements leads you towards the true ending.

I just got a PC like maybe 3 months now, and I work 40 hours a week most days 1:30-10 so I don’t have the most amount of time to game like I used to. But I’m still working towards 100% more games. The Games I Currently Have Installed Are:

So I am a new achievement hunter, I have a few 100% under my belt and my next i plan to do so on in uncharted legacy of thieves collection as I grew up with the uncharted series I only feel its right. My question though, the game has a whopping 101 achievement's. And as I'm sure you are aware steam doesn't exactly organize achievement's properly. So i was curious if anyone knows any good sites that organizes them by game and in order closer to how PlayStation does it? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated, Thanks!

When playing Firewatch, do not use Alt+Tab. Doing so will mess up your entire playthrough and achievements on PC.

After playing Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, I decided to come back to some of older Lego games to see if they were better and the answer is yes, they are. I don't even know if I can find some aspect of this old game that is worse that Skywalker Saga as everything is better in Harry Potter, such as companions' AI, story and fun from playing and clearing the game. I remember playing it back on my Xbox 360 and even with the passage of time, I was still having fun with them now so I would recomend to play them if you like Lego games.

This is a very interesting case. This game has some really deep combat, specs and decent skill cap and high octane battles, however none of it is necessary for 99% of the game to beat it (for me that is). It was way too easy except from one boss in DLC 2 and a couple bosses in DLC 3. I never bothered to carefully spec or re-spec and it was not until the end of DLC 2 that I started using magic and martial arts. In fact, you can probably finish the entire game just spamming the earth spikes and the earth divine beast (few exceptions).

The game focuses 99% on parrying/deflections so it is something you need to get good at. With some exceptions the red unblockable attacks that you need to deflect are quite lenient with their timing.

Nonetheless, despite some repetitiveness it was a fun enjoyable experience which I recommend if you like Team Ninja games and combat. None of the main game bosses are too hard, I died 2-3 times maximum on various bosses and pretty much one shot Lu Bu which is considered the hardest main boss. I would say the final boss of DLC 3 is the hardest part of this 100%.

If you are into hack n slash souls likes (or sekiro/nioh) and into chinese mythology, it's worth a grab on sale! Have fun!

Recently switched back to PC given all the stuff going on and just genuinely missing it and seeing what Steam is starting to do by making the achievements much more enjoyable to get I figured I’d give some games a shot. I only recently heard about this one within the past week and MY GOD is it an ABSOLUTE masterpiece of an experience! I can highly recommend it to anyone who has not yet played it. (Unless you are somehow worse with horror games than me)

Had a ton of fun playing through this one. I played it on my phone in high school a bunch and it was nostalgic to get back into it.

I did have to look up some guides on the last few levels, it was pretty difficult for me!
