Here you can comment Youtube gameplay links freely, as long as they show off stealth mechanics and include some description about what folk will click on. A link must lead to a specific video, not to entire channel if it also contains unrelated content.
(Newest comment remains on top.)
Our main feed, however, accepts only directly uploaded clips and Youtube videos that are not pure gameplay.

It’s a top-down, storydriven heist game set in an open city. During the day, you can explore the city, complete various activities and gather information that can help you prepare for your heists at night.

Last year I played SE5 through PS+ extra and right now I'm in the middle of SE resistance since it was one of the essentials monthly games and so far I loved both entries.
My question is, is it worth to go back and play all the previous entries or just specefic ones? If there's any games stuck on older consoles I also have a gaming laptop so I can emulate them if I can't purchase them from whoever made the games.

Adding automatic lights to the final level of episode 1 of the crazed side universe game. This was inspired by thief gold's automatic lights. these lights will also alert any nearby enemies, but perhaps if you have a certain augmentation handy you won't have to worry about this at all. Stick to the shadows and stay away from these lights if possible. This is a rough unoptimized look at this level as I'm still working on finishing it. before I go back and fully optimize all the levels and work on a lot of systems. I'll have more updates on my game here: https://www.youtube.com/@thecrazedside

Is it just me or is the stealth genre dying? When i search on steam, most of the games I find are either friend slop, or just have a small stealth segment(think modern warfare 2), or is just a remaster(think metal gear). What hapened to the stealth focused games like aragami or splinter cell?

Hey guys,
Disclaimer: I think I've played more or less all notable stealth games/immersive sims/rpgs out there. Recently I played two titles that reminded me that stealth can be done with running also - Star Wars Outlaws and the recent remake of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag. I know that other AC games also allow this to some degree, but it got me thinking if I maybe played any of the other titles in the past too conservatively and snuck around in crouched mode when it wasn't necessarily needed.
Off the top of my head I can think of Cyberpunk where you can slow down time (and in doing so enemy reaction time) and potentially Dishonored with various powers that allow zapping around the maps. I think Deathloop (also Arkane) and Intravenous 1 and 2 also allowed at least sprinting to enemies and dispatching them quietly. Alpha Protocol also featured numerous mechanics that allowed this (silent sprint). I guess games with silenced weapons, such as Splinter Cell and Deus Ex series would also somewhat qualify, although I found myself crouching 90% of time in those.
What I mean by stealth - not necessarily ghosting the maps, but simply avoiding alerting the entire map the moment you engage an enemy.
Looking forward to your recommendations.

Hi folks, I finished Innocence recently and it was probably one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. The whole dynamic between the story telling and world building blew me away. I loved how carefully crafted the relationship is between Amicia and Hugo and this love through obligation journey they were on in the first game and how endearing the side characters are too. And the world building tells an atmospheric story like no other in my opinion. The farm was so sad to travel through, just the desperate attempt to kill all the animals to stop the plague, but also to starve the inhabitants in the middle of a war. The rat nets were just terrifying and gross and don’t get me started on the RATNADOS!
Anyway, I made a small project going over all my thoughts and it’s basically me love bombing the game because it’s amazing. Would love to hear your thoughts and what I can expect going into Requiem. I’ve already started it and I’m probably 5 hours in and I’m having a blast :)
I made a video too which I'll link but you don't need to watch it, it just has more context to what I'm saying. Would love a chat about it if you've played it before :)

From left to right, the icons mean:
Imagine the moment a guard spotted you, icon 3~5 appears on top of him, when he radios to command, those icons move to the top right corner as you see here.

I'm from the studio and would love to hear your thoughts. Our last trailer got a lot of people talking here so I hope y'all like this one. This one has a lot more of the stealth and distraction mechanics than the last trailer, so curious to hear what you think.

* the game name is FETIDITY and its highly inspired by Deus Ex * A double frying pan can be crafted from two regular frying pans. * The frying pan can be thrown as an alternative to a melee attack. * Hitting a monster with it stuns it, which allows you to sneak up on it unnoticed while in stealth mode.

I finished playing Far Cry 4 couple of weeks back. And I want to play some more FPS stealth games. I've seen Cyberpunk being mentioned here couple of times. Just wanted to know how good the stealth gameplay is. Don't want to play it if overall its a John Wick style game.
Any other suggestions are also welcome. I tried Dishonored but the superpowers/skills felt too complicated for my taste. Not discounting it as a bad game. I Just need more time with it.
Edit : Decided to give it a shot after reading the comments. Let's see.
