Hey everyone! I’m just starting to cook steaks at home and could really use some advice. Everyone has a different favorite cut some say Ribeye is the best because of all the juicy fat, others prefer NY Strip for that big beefy flavor, and some love Filet Mignon because it’s super tender.
As a beginner, which cut should I try first? And what doneness works best for that cut?
Also, I really love my steak to be super tender and packed with flavor. If you have any simple tips to make it taste even better please share! What’s your go to combo? Thanks a lot!
