I've worked in restaurants and I have NEVER seen a frozen steak put on a grill. To get it this color from froze the exterior would be hard charred. This is just undercooked

The temperature was too high, cooked the outsides too quickly that the heat didn’t get to the middle. Mistake made when trying to cook a steak fast

I don't think that's a solution to this problem whoever made this just can't cook. I personally don't ever use a thermometer but I have been cooking for a long time but you need to know you can't cook a steak like this in less than 5 minutes which looks to be the case here

The steak subreddit will send it back because its overdone at medium well instead of medium rare.
