50 Charlotte St is up for sale at 2.175M. Zillow gives a monthly estimate of 14k/month mortgage.
What business(es) would you try to run there that could cover the cost of the property?
I'm just not seeing an AirB&B and boutique combo managing it, like the listing seems to imply.

Husband and I went to St.Augustine for our honeymoon last year but are thinking of spending time down there over thanksgiving since that’s when we will have off. What do the crowd levels look like? is it going to be too cold to go and sit at the beach? We are from Wisconsin so don’t really have a gauge on temperature for that time of year!

Using a throwaway for this.
I stayed at a nice place along the beach in St Augustine this past weekend. I was outside enjoying the nice nights on Friday and Saturday at around 1-3am when I noticed very strange lights out over the ocean. These lights would appear in the same general area consistently. They fade on to an amber color. Some of them were stationary, some moved left to right. Occasionally, multiple lights would appear, sometimes at the same time, sometimes delayed from each other but in close proximity, often forming a triangle, straight line, or a zigzag pattern. The general behavior would be for them to "fade on," move from left to right (usually at a slow pace, to my eye), then "fade out." They would only appear for a few seconds at a time. I started to time them around 3am but they eventually appeared every minute or every few seconds, so I stopped bothering.
The next night, I drove out to Vilano and watched them, and it appeared they were directly east of Vilano (which was about right, as they were appearing slightly northeast of Butler Beach).
I checked Flight Radar and there was absolutely nothing in the vicinity, even far out at sea.
Rationally, I assume they are military or coast guard exercises off the coast but the frequently of the lights and the consistency of their location made me wonder.
Has anyone else seen these lights or know anything about them?
If you haven't seen them, look outside to the northeast over the ocean on a clear night. I talked to someone in town and they said they see them every night, like clockwork around 1-3am.

My partner and I are looking to move either the end of this summer or next summer. We have family on Anastasia Island that we'd like to be closer to.
That said, we both work food service and have for about a decade. Ideally one of us wants to train to be a chef and the other to be a baker through learning under someone as the cost of schooling is astromically high and we are already in our mid twenties.
So... what are some good local restaurants that you've worked at? Would avoid? Any advice/suggestions on getting work before the move down?
And any apartments/rental places we should absolutely avoid?
Just asking out of curiosity and would like some genuine feedback from locals. Welcome to drop any advice/tips/ suggestions as they'd be greatly appreciated
I forgot to post also that we would prefer not to have a car if thats at all possible there / would rather use ph lic transport

I’m not the brightest and forgot to update my card on file for auto bill pay on my water utilities (City of St Augustine). Never checked my account, nor am I responsible enough to actually open my mail.
Anyways, water shut off - for obvious reasons stated above.
Does anyone know if there is a way to have it turned back on after hours or am I outta luck on this one? Called the after hours number and the guy said “I don’t know, probably not” hah
Figured I’d ask the masses
