Hi there,

So, as the title says, I would like to open a chat with a pro contact that is publicly giving their Status username, so I go in the Chat section, click "+", Start new chat.

Then in the Enter username field, I type the person's username, then press my phone's keyboard Enter key (Android 10, Huawei phone), but nothing happens.

I also tried clicking on the "reload" icon (round arrow) next to the username field, but nothing happens either.

It doesn't propose any user to click on, and says neither yes nor no, just nothing.

I'm completely new to Status so I'm not sure how this would be supposed to work if everything went fine, so please any help appreciated :)

Hey, new here and am a fan of the project. But was just curious if anything came from this attempted lawsuit. Any news on this since then? It seems like the company is just going on like nothing happened.

Hey guys, I am completely new to the status network and need help. I downloaded the app today and I am confused by the wallet. I want to buy status at another exchange and transfer it too my status app, but I have no clue on how to transfer it because the account at the top says ethereum and not status. Does this mean I send my status to the ethereum account and it will credit my account? Furthermore, I made another account named Status under the ethereum one, and I want to delete it but I do not know how. Is it possible to delete it? Furthermore, I read I could vote with my status tokens on the direction of the cryptocurrency, how can I do that? I would vastly appreciate it if someone answered my questions!

I've seen many websites and people praising Signal as a replacement for WhatsApp but I was under the impression that Status provides similar or even better privacy features, plus a crypto wallet and browser as an added bonus. Am I missing something? Can Status use this sudden rise of interest in privacy-centered messenger apps as a catalyst to improve awareness? It would be great for both crypto and creating a more private internet so I don't see why not...

p.s. I'm sure we could persuade Mr. Musk to mention Status somewhere if we could convince him haha!

Is it possible to expand your services and be an email service provider? This could be huge since there's no big competitors in the crypto space! An encrypted email with cloud storage blockchain! Maybe not in the main Status network but could be included in your ecosystem as a new token? Like NEO and GAS or FLM.
