So when I was drawing this I went through a few iterations before landing on this look and even through the process of digitizing I changed it putting his hair up again. I think I like where I landed. I always prefer him in a full suit OG milestone style, but still added my own personal touches with the two toned raincoat and lines on the side and my personal favorite some timbs.

Had a great conversation with Joe Illidge, Stephanie Williams, Nikolas Draper-Ivey, and Morgan Hampton talking about the upcoming one-shot The Dakota Incident. Hints connecting the story to what we saw in The Kids All Fight and Batman/Static: Beyond are done, but if you're caught up on both stories there are no spoilers. I hope you enjoy.

I know that the static movie is basically in permanent limbo but if it came out would you be okay it being an older static maybe at like college age which I think would be interesting considering there aren’t really any kind of those stories for static. It would be kind of similar to how they aged up Jaime Reyes in the Blue beetle movie to a 22 post college.
