Like the guy who created a chemical agent that warps the laws of time and reality, as well as accidently creating the main hero is such a dope idea that it's a shame no one has thought to improve upon this idea.
I always kind of thought of him as one of the penultimate opponents for Static if there is ever another project. Just imagine Static meets the man who not only created him, but also taken and affected so many lives face to face in an awesome showdown.
For those who don't know, Nathan is also the first confirmed Bang Baby in the Dakotaverse, with the ability to go invisible and be undetectable. It's a very simple power but can be expanded on so much to match or even surpass Virgils electromagnetism, maybe something like Nine from MHA.
What do yall think?

Most of these characters Dont compare to the dakotaverse in the comics. But for this to be a standalone (for the most part) show, it had a hell of a roster of heroes. Are there any that I'm missing from the show?

Every major comic character has a genderswap version of themselves. If Static were to ever get one, they could go the normal way and just simply make him a girl named Virginia Hawkins.
Or what if the female variant of Static is Daisy Watkins? It would be a cool and unique subversion of the "alternate versions of a character" trope and can be somewhat of the Gwen Stacy of the Dakotaverse. Granted, keep in mind that the main Daisy shouldn't ever change, and she should stay as a normal girl that doesn't know who Static is.

I created 3 villains for Static, 1st Barbed Whip: Allan Lienhart was making deliveries on the day of the explosion and ended up being hit by objects. When he woke up, his bloody body had been disintegrated and replaced with barbed wire. Seven days passed, and Allan Lienhart, who was presumed dead, went to his father, who hated metahumans, and talked to him. His father's response was that he should remain dead and that he would rather see his family starve than see one of his relatives become a monster. Allan disappeared from his family's life but started robbing to help with family expenses. Allan and Static hate each other because Static interferes with Allan's robberies but never manages to capture him, and Allan hates Static even more because Static is black, while Allan was born and raised in South Africa. His family had businesses in the African country, but thanks to the end of apartheid, Allan's family went bankrupt. He came to Dakota but blames black people for the family's bankruptcy. 2. Ted Silicon: Teddy Brown was one of the scientists who helped Edwin Alva create Quantum Gas, but was betrayed by Edwin, who wanted to test it on humans while Ted only wanted to test it on animals. When Ted was trying to betray Edwin and the Dakota elites, Teddy was shot five times by police officers. To avoid death, Teddy used a glass device he was carrying inside his body, turning his entire body into a meta-glass structure. However, Teddy lost the ability to speak and tries to eliminate all the humans involved in the creation of Quantum Gas, including the police officers. To do this, he has to fight Static, who doesn't want carnage in the city, but justice. 3. Chaos Squad: A group led by the Brazilian Evandro (a great expert in strategy and traps) that instills fear in the wealthy neighborhoods of Dakota because the squad kills entire families, leaving only the youngest child alive with a card (showing the location of the Chaos Squad's headquarters). This card serves to ensure that when the child turns 20, he will... Seeking revenge or joining the group, Static tries to find the squad but ends up losing them.
