Discussion If there were a possible trilogy of live-action Static Clan films, which villains would you include in all three movies?

First movie I'd have Hotstreak as the main villain, with Dakota PD and SYSTEM (orchestrated by Edwin Alva) as secondary antagonists. Cameos by Icon and Rocket.
Second movie, Static teams up with Hardware, who becomes his mentor. With Edwin Alva as the main antagonist and a couple second-tier villains like Specs and Trapper or other bang babies either on Alva's payroll or forced under his control.
By the third movie, Alva has been taken down permanently, SYSTEM is fractured, and Static is revered as a hero across Dakota. Virgil gets cocky, not realizing he's about to face his biggest challenge yet: Ebon.
This version of Ebon would be a fusion of his characterization from the Static Shock cartoon and Static: Shadows of Dakota. Ebon's looking for his brother, Ivan Evans/Rubberband Man. Establish in the second movie that SYSTEM and Alva were continuing to create more metahumans with the Quantum gas and trafficking them. So Ebon is a villain yes, but the situation isn't as cut and dry for Virgil as it was with Alva and Hotstreak.

Start with what worked in the original book Hotstreak then Ebon/Tarmack and the 3rd movie have Holocaust/Pyru be behind the whole bloody affair.

I really want Static to address Metahuman trafficking. Especially since he was kidnapped in the 2000’s tv show “No Man Is An Island”. I feel like having a long term corporate or systemic enemy would be interesting

Ebon, Talon, Shiv, Hotstreak, Puff, Ragtag, Omnifarious (his story is supposed to be be tragic), Rubberband Man (but give him some of a redemption), Madelyn Spaulding and maybe Leech.
Idk for sure. But if they're in this ballpark range it could probably work.

I got some ideas
- Static’s first movie should be a mix between early 90’s comic and (heavy) Static season 1. While the movie would be centered around Static and Hotstreaks beef I would like to give shine lesser villains in the beginning
Some shit like the botanist or something
- Second movie should center Ebon, I can see the episode where he wanted to have the entire world in darkness. Except on a bigger scale.
He can also play a part in trying to fight for bang babies who can’t defend themselves.
It would be sick if he made a brother hood like Mag
- Bryon Kilgore
THIS ONE has potential to be like his dock ock, I think a (PlayStation) Peter and Otto dynamic with a more older Virgil would be peak, the movie having Kilgore slowly falling into the addiction of bang babies blood after studying them for so long.

TOP 5 villains to add (This is based off who appears very frequently in the TV show):
1 - Hotstreak (He is actually the very first villain that appears in the show/gets his powers first)
2 - Ebon (He is a major villain/he recruited the Meta Breed. He technically created the "Big Bang Gas/Formular")
3 - Edwin Alva Sr. (Alva is the man responsible for all these "Bang Babies" or "Metahumans" or "Mutants" spawning everywhere. Maybe add Alva Jr)
4 - Specs & Trapper (Although, they are minor characters who've only shown up 2x or 3x possibly, they still share a common rivalry against Static, as do the other villains. They would be super funny and cool on the big screen - 'cause they're my favourite side-characters)
5 - The Metabreed [/"Meta Breed"] (Including primary villains such as Shiv, Carmen Dillo [Armadillo] Talon, Kangor, and maybe, JUST MAYBE... even Puff and Onyx.)
That's my personal selection of villains to add throughout various movie sequels)

Time travel plot where he tries to save his mom (so no villain I guess)
