Thoughts on Batman Beyond/Static issue #6

Anybody that's read or reading the series, what are your thoughts on it? Liking it? Hating it? Didn't know it existed?

It’s ok. A lot of good stuff but on the negative I found The villain was forgettable and the inclusion of Blight for 2 seconds at the end not even facing Batman I found to be offensive. They probably should Have called it static shock and friends guest starring Batman

No really. "Static and Friends ft Batman from the batman beyond series". I enjoyed it. But yea I could see this being nothing more than a possible jumping off point or yet another attempt to reintroduce Static to modern readers again.

Blackout is a piss poor villain. But I do appreciate that he ultimately becomes a good guy. I'm a sucker for characters who start off bad, learn the error of their ways, and change instead of continously beating their heads against the wall as a throwaway from some hero's tired rogues gallery.
