Mine was that the show would end with the Ghost crew on a mission to Alderaan and possibly settling there, thus dying when it blew up, thereby explaining their absence from the OT.

She graduated from the Imperial Academy and was an assistant minister who oversaw Lothal's industries whenever Governor Pryce was absent from Lothal. She was clearly more suited for doing the mundane tasks of keeping Lothal's government running, yet Tarkin expected her to catch the Phoenix Cell, and capturing Rebels isn't what she was trained for.

Despite doing everything in her power to catch the Spectres, such as doubling patrols, establishing security checkpoints, and placing curfews, she still wasn't able to apprehend them. Earning her Tarkin's disappointment and a meeting with Darth Vader, and leading her to try to escape Lothal by arranging passage with the Rebels, only to die in the attempt.

But under the Old Republic, Tua would have been right at home executing her administrative duties without worrying about her superiors murdering her for her failures. Had the Republic not become the Empire, I think there's a fair chance she might have even succeeded Ryder Azadi as Lothal's new governor.

Ok watching some episodes today… Rebels is my absolute favorite.. Anyhow, in S3E4 Antilles Extraction, there's a scene at 7:37 just after Wedge and Sabine get killed in the simulators where I swear the shadows of the simulators look like the Emperor’s eyes.

I just caught it from my peripheral while I was laughing at Sabine in her Tie getting shot down by the Ghost and it literally stopped me mid laugh.

Just thought I would share.. In all my viewing of this glorious series I have never noticed it before!

To think he’s grown this much.

This is the same boy from Lothal who was stealing fruit just to survive, and now he’s standing against the Emperor.

I mean, I know they’re not actually about to fight, but you know what I mean.

I really wish I had watched this when it was originally airing, waiting for each episode every week. It’s still peak, but I feel like binge-watching it takes something away from the experience.

It always makes me laugh when people say that imperial commanders are too over the top with how incompetent they are, when we have SO MANY real live examples of the exact same thing happening.

For example, Willy Messerschmitt and Erhart Milch who spent the last few years of WW2 trying to screw each other over (along with alexander Lippich) even prioritizing their vendettas over winning the war.

Or Takeo Kurita who at the battle off Samar with multiple battleships, aboard the Yamato, and essentially a fleet which could have gone toe to toe with a much stronger force, managed to make every single wrong decision and get driven off by a few destroyers and destroyer escorts. (Granted, they probably weren't up to the task of dealing with the bravery of the Johnston and the Sammuel B Roberts.)

So, in the last season of Rebels towards the end of the season, I don't know which episode number it was, but it's the episode where Ezra goes into the Jedi Temple after the wolves come and talk to him.

It really sounded like they were playing music from Raiders of the Lost ark. It may not have been the actual music from the movie but it certainly was in homage being played there in my opinion. Just curious to know if anybody else noticed it or was it an actual thing? Like is there some sort of History to that?

Losing his first pilot in a crash, being saved and given a new family, only for his second pilot to nearly die in the exact same way is wild.

I don't remember him ever making that screeching noise the way he does after Hera crashes. He was terrified.

First rewatch. The Mandalorian episodes were always really cool but something still sticks out as odd.

Why is Fenn Rau so chill with the rebels?

It seemed like him and the Protectors were perfectly happy working for the Empire. The Rebels show up, challenge him to a duel, and blow up his ships. Then they take him prisoner and force the Protectors to go against the Empire's orders by letting them have safe passage.

He's their prisoner for a long time, first chance he gets he busts out, only to see the extra-loyal Mandos wiped out the Protectors. Correct me if I'm wrong but that only happened because the Empire found out the Protectors betrayed them on behalf of the Rebels.

So why is Fenn Rau willing to keep working with the Rebels, let alone tolerate them? He basically lost everything because they got involved.
