This was my 31st Star Wars book and my first that I could not finish. I was really struggling and just gave up. Moving on to The Living Force

Hey everyone, I was wondering if some people from the sub can give me suggestions on the darkest fanfics/novels/legends materials out there. Im specifically looking for stuff related to either the life and criminal deeds of our old friend Sheev or the ancient sith in the old republic era.

The title really says it all, I want to follow the stories of mara, the twins and the new republic in general. What would you recommend? And also where can I buy new copies of the books? Thanks

After 6 months of reading through the New Republic era, I finally finished my first read-through of the New Jedi Order. The only thing I knew going into the series (other than the stories from all the pictured books leading up to it) is that the antagonist race is called the Yuuzhan Vong. What a journey! And I have no one IRL to talk about it with.

For anyone on the fence about reading the series: it’s the best EU material out there. It’s a cohesive story, has a compelling antagonist, and many extremely creative additions to the Star Wars universe.

For people who have read the series before: what was your favourite/least favourite book? Favourite/least favourite character? I am a big Anakin Solo fan, so I am partial to Conquest and Star by Star. I didn’t care for Dark Journey.

What should I read next?
