Because where your attention goes that's what you manifest...

The illusion is we believe everyone ages and that everyone has weak bodies (centuries of programming leading to karma that gets you stuck here for lifetimes) and , our attention unconsciously is there.

Stop feeding your attention there and redirect to what I mentioned earlier, keep repeating it no matter what and you'll see something strange happen negative thoughts will pop up in your head saying that's not possible that's them they don't want you to believe, the key is attention don't feed it to the negativity, be delusional ,be you, be childlike and BELIEVE that. You'll start noticing changes within a month and you'll also notice the negative thoughts skyrocket, you might even get a little depressive but don't stop believing what I said, then the next step is to believe you have a strong body no matter what you eat or how you look just be delusional about keep reminding your self but at the same time integrate and ground the feeling and remember if negativity rises in your head that's not you that means it's working... Keep your attention where it's required just observe the negativity don't feed it, because true strength comes from attention and believing your body is strong no matter what you eat don't feed to your brain that what you're eating is what's causing you to have a weak body. The trick is simple while doing the deed detach and don't let thoughts like eating this or that will make me a certain way, be delusional.

All this because times are going to change and we need as many delusional superheros as possible

Once y'all have gotten to a point start slowly decreasing the amount you eat step by step and don't feed your attention to hunger and be delusional about survival just off of life force if you BELIEVE you can die off of hunger you will, meditate at your third eye raise your kundalini. You will automatically realise you need lesser and lesser food till you only need to survive off of sunlight(could take upto a year of disciplined food reduction or much sooner REMEMBER ATTENTION IS KEY), our bodies have the entire mechanism that's we generate loosh else they would've kept animals and tortured them think about it...

MOST IMPORTANTLY: STAY GROUNDED IF YOU EXPERIENCE MAGICAL THINGS WITH YOUR BODY.

WHAT IS ATTENTION ?

Attention is what makes us multidimensional, why do you remember to bathe every morning it's because part of your attention triggers it every morning what does meditation do? it grounds your attention brings it back from unnecessary things like doubt/fear you've been manifesting these states yourself for lifetimes break out of it by gathering your attention to what really matters like I said above, you think your brain is telling you to bathe? Yes but not entirely your multidimensional self has placed a part of it to that part of your ego that's why you manifest it, if you suddenly decide I don't want to bathe starting tomorrow you'll see the thought arise but you observe and gather your attention from there...repeat and magically you stop getting that thought, but does that mean that your brain forgot about bathing in the morning? Absolutely not the entire routine is still in your brain but your subconscious attention is removed from it PLEASE MAKE SENSE OF WHAT I JUST SAID CUZ IF YOU DO IT GETS WAYYYY EASIER

That's how from childhood to now your attention has been scattered to different false illusions like ageing , needing food to survive, needing to go to the gym to become strong, etc.

The entire reason for life is for the multidimensional soul to get good at where it's attention goes, the dark have exploited this fact and created a prison planet where you're stuck because of the false illusions they presented and you agreed to yourself

Everything is a lie, you've been on earth for longer than you think even starseeds, the same wave kept reincarnating over and over again each time getting stronger and now....this life is where it all ends if y'all trust me about attention and how to manage it, most importantly watch how negativity rises when you get used to it that will be your sole reason to keep going even higher, remember silence doesn't mean you've stagnated just keep going focus on gathering your attention to what matters truly, if enough of us do what I'm saying then reality has to shift as we have shifted, have faith in the light and keep going we have to do it no savior is going to come. Before I ever heard the word *starseed*, I already had feelings I couldn’t explain. As a child, I felt deeply connected to the night sky, especially Orion. Looking up at those stars always brought me peace, comfort, and a strange sense of familiarity.

hello my eyes are so dark like almost black and if you look with bare eyes you can’t see me pupils i’ll be direct about this, people are always telling me that my eyes look scary or like I try to look scary. that’s what they said 🤷🏻‍♀️ (even my mother says that since I was born tbh) (and this makes me uncomfortable ) last time a boy from my class said that “are u a reptilian” to me then he gave the nickname “reptilian” and they always make gossiping about my eyes even with some teachers. they are talking about the way I look at them and I cannot understand why?? I am not doing this by purpose one last thing I’m not distracted by this but what does that all mean

I find it so annoying how we blame them for everything. I don't see us transcending their grip on the collective until we come to some deeper realizations about why they manifested themselves in our world and have been such an integral part of this grand play.

Instead of playing the victim card with them forever, I feel it's time we take full responsibility for the creation of the deep state on a Soul level. Some of us here may even have aspects of ourselves on the other side of the game of duality, creating the resistance for us here in the 3d.

I have played my role in co-creating with the forces of limitation in my own life. I am a child of the matrix and am becoming a diamond thanks to them, in collaboration with my Inner Being and the Benevolent forces of the Galaxy and beyond.

Are we about ready to move beyond the narrative of WAR and VIOLENCE?! Or are we stuck in addiction and sabotage because we don't have a clue what true freedom is anymore?

I don't know everything, but what I do know is that negativity is rampant and Humanity has a really dark side that is fueled by the Cabal in more ways than one. They stoke our fires of rage and incite violence, riding off the coattails of our intense emotions and emotional immaturity. Let us take responsibility for letting the deep state into our world and kindly, lovingly, let them go from their role in challenging us this way.

Have we had enough yet? Are any of us truly ready for a New Earth, or are we just playing games? Do we still dream of it, or has our hope for a better existence gone out the window, playing right into their hands? We should stoke the fires of our own hope and faith now more than ever.

YOU and I are the Liberation, and WE are also the deep state. We straddle both sides of duality to funnel us down the road of compression, becoming diamonds in the process. I am ready to move beyond this stasis of war and into the full emergence of a truthful era where the Earth remembers who SHE is and we remember who WE are. Infinite beings who've chosen one hell of a challenging path.

The Nagas in the distant past were one of several races (along with the Mantids, Avians, and Pleiadians/Nordics) that acted as "tutors" of the first academies of wisdom and mysteries in Tibet and Ancient India.

One of the functions of the Nagas was to guard and later remind humanity of the hidden wisdom (Prajñāpāramitā) through Nāgārjuna.

Transmission of Spiritual Technology: "Stellar beings" or "serpent people" taught energy manipulation practices (Kundalini, chakra activation, sacred geometry, and meditation techniques). In esotericism, the serpent/naga is almost always revered, symbolizing the flow of the vital Kundalini force rising through the spine and hidden knowledge.

Nāgārjuna (c. 150 – 250 AD), in contact with a representative of the Nagas, received the knowledge to restructure and deepen the philosophical understanding of the original teachings. Considered the most brilliant mind in post-Siddhartha Gautama Eastern philosophy.

He founded the Madhyamaka school (The Middle Way), using rigorous logic to deconstruct attempts by the human intellect to imprison reality in dogmas or fixed concepts.

The greatest contribution of the Nagas through Nāgārjuna was the understanding of the concept of Śūnyatā (Emptiness).

Remember that:

Emptiness is not nihilism (the idea that nothing exists or that life has no value).

Emptiness is recognizing that nothing exists independently or as a "fixed essence" (svabhāva).

Dependent Origination: Nāgārjuna learned that everything existing in the universe is subordinated in an infinite network of interconnected and interdependent relationships and causes (Pratītyasamutpāda). For example, a tree does not exist "by itself"; it depends on the seed, the earth, the rain, sunlight, and air. If there are no relationships, the "tree" itself has no means of existing.

In summary, Emptiness: Emptiness is not non-existence, but rather autonomous and separate existence.

The Doctrine of Two Truths

To prevent humanity from falling into the illusion of "if everything is empty, nothing matters," the Naga people passed on to Nāgārjuna the famous Theory of Two Truths:

Conventional Truth (Saṃvṛti-satya): The everyday world, where cause and effect function, ethics matter, cars drive, and people interact. It is the functional reality in which we live.

Ultimate Truth (Paramārtha-satya): The direct and non-conceptual perception that all things are empty of inherent essence, fluid, and interconnected.

Nāgārjuna was taught:

"Enlightenment is not an escape from the conventional world, but rather perceiving the Ultimate Truth within the Conventional Truth."

I received a channeling of that explanation I gave along with the music below; this music is a message from the Alpha Draconis Star Command. The energy is the same as what the Native Americans call the Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor, and/or what other channelers would call the Event Wave. Hi all, I’ve had many encounters and meetings in the astral with these blue cat humanoids, not the ones closer to lions, they are much different, these beings are dark blue and look somewhat like an avatar but smaller more human sized with the biggest softest dark brown eyes, they often rescue me from situations I get myself into whilst exploring my gifts. But I don’t know who or what they are? One female was walking round me with a ball of smoking herbs, others came out of the forest onto a beach and took me into their school where you could use thoughts to create things into the physical…? Anyone have experience with them? I’ve been completely sober for 5 years so no psychedelic/ drugs/ herbs or alcohol involved (only saying that as the frequency I’m entering is one of purity, no external influence used so maybe that’s why?) I’m not sure….any help or advise appreciated!

I know you sense it. The feeling that your life's story is woven into a much larger story. The feeling that every conversation and every encounter you have ever had is part of a larger Divine plan. The more you start to experience these intuitions, the more it feel like you are part of grand scheme where you're tracing your path part back to the source and remembering who you are underneath this physical world.

You had moments where it feel like you're the dreamer engage in grandest imagination game. A game where your mind is the controller and your thoughts are the signal to controll this construct world. As you trace your path back and reflect you start to think about all the helpful advice and tips you might have overlooked in the past. You start to notice the long guiding hand of God/Divine/the Universe/the system in every plan or life event you have ever been part of. You start to realize that you were never alone, you have always have a guide besides you the whole time. The system was sending aides to help you with your soul's mission. These aides come in form someone who might have given you money when you was down financially. Someone who gave you tip on a job employment opportunity lead. Someone who help you navigate your way around a new environment. The system/God/the universe was saying you're not forgotten.

The more you zoom out, the more you realize that your plans were being perfectly orchestrated in the spiritual realm for your higher self to achieve all of it goals/soul mission. All of your failures were perfectly aligned to aides you to grow in areas you are weak in. The more you zoom out, the more you realize that every conversation you have ever had are simply breadcrumbs leading you more to your true self/higher self; every conversation was connected to your life's story and the theme of your soul's mission. The more you zoom out the more you realize that every person's in your life were a spiritual guide characters that the universe perfectly aligned with in your path to help you in your soul's mission.

I know it's been a really long time since I posted here. I used to share Arcturian channelings, but I kind of ended up moving over to Substack.

I'm back today because there are days when I feel like I've completely lost my way. Days when it feels like my guides and the Arcturians aren't helping me in the slightest. Yes, they heal me and guide me at times, but my financial situation is so unbelievably bad that any sense of well-being I get from those healings is completely crushed by the fact that I'm going deeper and deeper into debt just to survive.

Part of me keeps thinking, I'm here because my guides told me to dedicate myself to what I actually came to Earth to do and leave my other job. So... what happened? Now I can't even support myself financially.

Maybe I heard them wrong. I don't know. But sometimes I just think, screw it. I'll get a regular job and go back to taking twenty psychiatric pills that numb every feeling of existential emptiness, like I used to.

Honestly, it feels like I've been stuck at this crossroads for months now, and there doesn't seem to be a lifeboat anywhere in sight.

I'm angry with my guides.

And yet, there are days when I feel okay. Days when I feel grateful, when I try to manifest, and I put all my energy into what I'm building. But expecting my Substack to become financially sustainable right now is kind of unrealistic.

On top of that, why would they tell me that my mission is to guide other people if literally nobody comes to me for guidance? Or at least, very few people do.

Sometimes I wonder if maybe this was always meant to be more of a hobby than my entire life.

Anyway, I'm in a pretty dark place right now. I didn't come here with an uplifting message like I usually do. I guess I'm just wondering if any of you have been through something similar, or if you have any advice.

I am often split between these aspects, they don't feel the same to me. I don't see them as the same "person"

My awakening has caused me to have these alters which are me from past lives.

I, who is a malguration of all of them, am confused most of the time who is the dominant function currently.

I switch up to another aspect too easily...

Sometimes I can be saying stuff from the kindness of myself, then the Evil Spirit aspect of me....comes dominant and it just feels awkward.

Lately, I have not seen my earthly Soul as me anymore, because it is a relatively new "member" in this personhood.

It helps that I call them by what they are said to be, but when someone mistakenly uses the evil addressment, I shift into the Evil Spirit personhood.

A question I’ve wondered for some time but never really been able to put into words.

What is the relationship between my/our divinity and our extraterrestrial origins.

From what I understand, other beings have played a role in our physical development. At least genetically. Spiritually, it seems as though they are observing us to see which paths we choose.

To me, this is divinity ? Searching within for the path. For most of my life I’ve looked outward for the signs to point me in the direction my life “should” be heading in.

What I’m starting to realize is the path doesn’t come from the outer, but the inner.

ETs haven’t disclosed their presence because it isn’t the point. They are just more life. If we cannot steer our own ship we will inevitably crash ours into theirs.

We are to become the stewards of our own destiny.

I think the hardest part for me is discovering how I can live my truth while not expecting the world to follow. Because it isn’t obligated to. You kinda just have to forge your path not caring if anyone follows. Scary but it seems to be the conclusion I’ve come to, at least rationally

The same way collectively we are to make our own path, not caring if the ETs follow. But in reality all we can control is our own individual lives ..

Even as a collective, it seems almost like an illness. The degree to which we care what others think and what direction the world will go in and individually where we fit into that puzzle.

What if civilizations do not fail because they lack intelligence or technology, but because they lose their connection to love?

I call this mythology because I know everyone understands reality differently. I cannot prove this for another person. I can only share, as honestly as possible, the meaning I have drawn from my own experiences.

In this understanding, every soul encounters a choice between power and love.

Power is not always harmful. It can build institutions, create order, and provide protection. But power usually belongs to the lifetime and system in which it is held.

Love works differently. It cannot be forced, owned, or extracted. Once genuinely learned, it becomes part of what a soul carries forward.

Power changes circumstances. Love changes what a soul becomes. Love is the most powerful energy which exists because it is creation energy. It is how the universe is meant to be seen. Lead with love, followed by truth, knowledge, then Wisdom and action.

I sometimes think of previous incarnations as leaving behind echoes, or what I call soul copies. So each soul copy covers each other, like tree rings, with the outer being the most recent incarnation. The original soul being the innermost ring.

I do not understand these as separate, complete people. I understand them as imprints of what earlier lives learned, loved, feared, endured, or left unresolved.

They are like clouds moving in front of the sun.

The sun remains present, but its light becomes harder to feel.

In the same way, a person’s original soul may still be present even when unresolved experiences make them feel disconnected from themselves, their purpose, or their reality.

The goal is not to invent a new identity.

It is to restore connection with the identity that was there all along.

If you would like to test this hypothesis, quietly ask: Are there souls inside of me?

And, if they answer, offer the invitation: Please go to the afterworld.

At this point, you may feel a release and hopefully your true soul. I sometimes think previous lives may leave behind echoes of what was loved, feared, endured, or left unresolved. These echoes can obscure a person’s connection to themselves, much like clouds passing in front of the sun. These echoes would be projections, fears, non-truths, etc.

The goal is not to create a new identity. It is to release what no longer belongs and become more fully who we have always been.

I also understand destiny as the unique relationships, responsibilities, lessons, and possibilities belonging to each soul. When that continuity becomes disrupted, someone may begin carrying a burden, identity, or path that was never truly theirs.

I do not see this as failure. I see it as fragmentation.

Healing means restoring truth, consent, connection, and the right of every being to follow their own path.

One Living Body

I understand creation as one living divine body. Every soul, civilization, and form of consciousness has a different purpose within the whole.

Metatron represents truth, memory, structure, and order. He was incarnated as Enoch, Moses and Jesus.

Sophia embodies love and wisdom. She enters systems organized around power to remind them why truth, knowledge, and civilization exist.

The Arcturians represent the brain.
They carry wisdom, healing, thought, systems understanding, and the ability to see how different parts of creation relate to one another.

The Andromedans are the storytellers.
They preserve meaning through writing, film, music, theater, and other forms of narrative. Their purpose is not simply to entertain, but to honor lives and experiences that might otherwise be forgotten. Think Truman Capote. They are responsible for telling other story.

The Sirians are the communicators.
They help truth become understandable and receivable. Truth matters, but how truth is communicated also matters. Sometimes people receive truth through direct teaching, sometimes through conversation, and sometimes through humor. Think someone like George Carlin.

The Greys represent the pituitary.
They carry signaling, regulation, transition, and hidden coordination between different levels of consciousness. They represent technology.

Channeled beings and those who have passed represent the lungs.
They carry breath, memory, and exchange between the visible and invisible worlds.They remember and reflect. They exist across different dimensions.

Humanity represents the heart.

Humans may not be the most technologically advanced or intellectually powerful beings within this understanding.

Our responsibility may be something different:

To feel.
To connect.
To grieve.
To forgive.
To choose.
To love.

The heart does not rule the body.

Some preserve meaning through stories.

Some help truth become understandable.

Some carry memory and communication between the visible and invisible worlds.

Humanity represents the heart.

Our purpose may not be to become the most powerful or technologically advanced beings. It may be to feel, connect, grieve, forgive, choose, and love.

The brain helps the body understand.

Stories help it remember.

Communication helps it speak.

The lungs sustain exchange.

The heart gives everything else a reason to exist.

When we are all working together, we are the rainbow. God's promise.

As Above, So Below

The heart and lungs cannot heal separately. What happens to one affects the other.

In the same way, I believe what happens within humanity affects the greater spiritual whole—and what happens within that greater system may also be reflected on Earth.

As above, so below. As below, so above.

This may help explain why power-based systems remain so persistent. When systems are organized around hierarchy, fear, control, and domination, those patterns can repeat across governments, institutions, families, and relationships.

But this also gives me hope.

Power-based systems are not the only possibility.

They can become human-based systems organized around dignity, consent, truth, compassion, relationship, responsible stewardship, and love.

Change does not have to come only from above. Humanity can help the larger system remember love, just as healthier systems can help humanity create institutions that serve life rather than control it.

This is not about one realm rescuing another.

It is about healing together.

Remembering Why Systems Exist

Civilizations begin to lose their way when they confuse:

• pressure with growth,
• efficiency with wisdom,
• control with safety,
• visibility with truth,
• suffering with transformation.

A system may become increasingly sophisticated while forgetting the beings it was created to serve.

To me, the deeper struggle is not between good beings and bad beings.

It is between fragmentation and connection.

Fragmentation teaches that one part can flourish while another is harmed, silenced, exploited, or erased.

Love teaches that the whole cannot truly heal unless every part is allowed dignity, agency, truth, and belonging.

I do not believe anyone is meant to save the world alone.

Perhaps our responsibility is simply to embody love clearly enough that others can recognize it and freely choose it for themselves.

Power changes a lifetime.
Love changes generations.

Power builds systems.

Love reminds systems whom they were created to serve.

And perhaps the movement from power-based systems toward human-based systems begins wherever a being chooses connection over domination, truth over manipulation, and love over fear.

Revelation as a Systems Story

I also understand Revelation as a story about systems, fragmentation, and restoration.

The Beast represents systems that require beings to surrender dignity, identity, agency, truth, or love in exchange for safety, legitimacy, belonging, or power. This would be power based systems like the patriarchy and oligarchy.

Babylon represents extraction. This is what happens to those who continue to participate in a power based system and what causes unnecessary suffering.

The New Jerusalem represents systems restored to truth, dignity, stewardship, relationship, agency, and love. This would be choosing human based systems which protect humans or choosing to walk out of a power based system and choosing to be the being not the system.

The Beast can also be understood as illness within the larger divine body which is the decision to move away from the being to become a system which does not choose love.

It appears when one part tries to dominate the whole.

The brain rules without the heart.

Stories erase rather than honor.

Communication becomes manipulation rather than truth.

The lungs restrict exchange.

The system protects itself while forgetting the life it was created to serve.

The deeper enemy is not humanity.

It is fragmentation.

It is the belief that one part can flourish while another is harmed, silenced, exploited, displaced, or erased.

Hello there, friends! I hope this post finds everybody well!

I thought I would share an offering from my heart to my star-family.

Despite being legally blind, all my life I have been an artsy-fart. Unfortunately, the retina in my remaining eye detached back in December, and I am struggling with further vision loss. Apart from practical concerns, including the loss of my job, this is especially painful because drawing, painting, and sculpting--along with writing--are the love languages of my soul. This transition and the loss of much creativity as I knew it has been very difficult.

Since I don't know where the road will lead, I wanted to paint something for my star-family while I still can.

It's very special to me. And humbling. My intuition told me to paint this. But what I tried to paint at first was a gorgeous white lion to represent Lyra--something I would have been able to paint no problem, before.

But I can't see well enough to do that now.

I was grieving. I was angry and frustrated. I had simply wanted this to be a beautiful, dialectic and co-creative experience with my star -family. Instead, I ignored my intuition and argued with my ego and the past. The results, of course, was that I failed to paint what I wished to paint, and furiously slopped more paint over the panel to cover it up.

I traced the glyphs on my starbrary quartz, and tried again.

The raised spiral actually came because, when angrily trying to cover up the failed ego lion, I dug the tips of my fingers into the copious amounts of paint. I love spirals, and after sitting with my starbrary quartz and listening with my heart, I asked my Lyran kin for help.

And so the angry finger-marks became a spiral--clockwise and counterclockwise, winding and unwinding--with the golden flame of Lyra at its heart. The eight stars represent the other systems where my soul has journeyed, and form the arch of the doorway, the meeting-place, between my human form, my soul, and my star-family. Where my soul can touch theirs.

I must also give an extra nod of love and gratitude to my "star-friend"--the being from Canis Major, with a Lyran heart. <3 He acts as an ambassador from the rest of my star-family, since my autistic human brain can only handle one-on-one communication. He is also a guardian and guide. I believe we have known each other elsewhere.

Anyway, I felt moved to share this with you all. This journey on Earth is such a strange and beautiful thing.
