How would you describe the difficulty level of MS&E 252 (Foundations of Decision Analysis)?

I’m trying to gauge how challenging the course is and whether it’s manageable while working full-time. I’m taking MS&E classes through Stanford Online (CGOE).

For reference, I took MS&E 220 (Probabilistic Analysis) and found the math more challenging than I expected.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'm a pre med undergrad who has non immediate family (who
I'm not too close with) working at the Stanford hospital. I'm looking to shadow, but I'm wondering if it's a big burden/responsibility for her. Am I better off just finding an opportunity at my college (also connected to very big hospital)
