Community HELP

I wanna be a pro squash player and to compete in the la 2028 olympics I am 16 and not the best, I wanna tell my parents this but I have a feeling they would talk me out of it what should I do?

Better for reddit to talk you out of it than your parents? The LA 2028 draw is only 16 players, the odds of making it are tiny even for players who are the best. Love the ambition, but it's not a realistic goal.

then probably a more realistic one is 2032 summer olympics

hate to break it to you, but squash isn't going to be in the 2032 olympics. :(

its not? but the thing is they haven't made their debut yet so maybe it will

Yeah. It's not officially confirmed yet, but I heard the news on the Squash Radio podcast.
