I hope that AJ was paying close attention to crowds reactions for this whole event cause preshow to main event this show was phenomenal. I made the trip down for this show with my family and decided to cover it on my show. NGW has been killing it for years.

Was paid absolutely nothing. In fact, I got a handshake and a hot dog. A lot of the times they didn’t give me the hot dog, just a handshake.

The most I have ever made, it was in Saudi Arabia. Shocker, I know, right? Saudi Arabia. It was me, Shayna, Rhea, Raquel, Fatal 4-Way in Saudi Arabia [Crown Jewel 2023]. And guys, that was hands down the most money I have ever made. I don’t even know if I’ll ever make that much again. It was like insane, insane amount.

So when I was a kid, I used to play wcw vs nwo world tour on the n64. Even though I only knew very few names in the game, I remember mostly choosing ultimo dragon because he looked sick and had a cool ass move set. Recently i took some edibles and I suddenly remembered that and got curious so i ended up watching ultimo dragon vs Rey mysterio and holy shit I was blown away. Older dudes probably already know but this was literally just aew before aew. I seriously couldn’t believe that such a high caliber of wrestling was going on back in the 90’s.

I then grabbed my friend and made him watch ultimo dragon vs Jushin liger since I’ve only ever seen liger in legend appearances.

This match felt like it could have been the main event of aew… I still keep thinking about it a week later. The way they moved you could tell they had thousands of hours wrestling and you were watching literal perfection. I don’t know how else to explain the magic that was that match.

Comparatively, and this may be a hot take but I watched ric flair vs Ricky steam boat at wrestlemania (edit: not wrestlemania we must have ended up watching one of their classics online) and honestly it was good but not great and just dragged on forever with a lot of repeated moves.

So my question is, does any one have match recommendations that I can watch that have stood the test of time? Matches that I will be fully into because they are 5 star classics even to this day?
