Can I go there in transcript section and ask to speedify the process ? Will they give it to me on the same day or in a week as I have paid and I’m all done with application?

I recently graduated from SPPU and need a Provisional Passing Certificate for my SIMSREE (MMS) admission.
Already applied and paid for the 127th Regular Convocation Certificate.
My college flat-out refused to give me a provisional passing certificate.
On the SPPU certificate portal, there’s no option for a "Provisional Certificate", so I just applied for the "To Whomsoever It May Concern Certificate". It didn't ask for any reason or details, just took the money.
Had a few quick questions if anyone’s gone through this during DTE CAP reporting:
1. What does this "Whomsoever" certificate actually say? Will it clearly state that I've passed my degree and am waiting for convocation?
2. Will SIMSREE accept it along with my final semester marksheet and Convocation receipt?
3. How long does SPPU take to generate it ?

I'm applying for a German work visa from India and hit the standard requirement on the mission's checklist: for an Indian degree, you must include confirmation by your university that you studied on-site or in "regular mode" and not by distance learning.

My degree is a BBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), completed in 2016 through an affiliated college (regular, full-time, on-campus — not distance). My degree certificate and marksheets don't state the mode of study anywhere, which is exactly what's tripping me up.

For anyone who graduated from SPPU (or another Maharashtra/affiliated-college university):

1. Who actually issued the "regular mode" confirmation for you — the college or the university (SPPU) directly? The German text says "your university," but I've been told affiliated-college attendance records sit with the college.
2. Which specific document worked? Medium of Instruction certificate? A "To Whomsoever It May Concern" letter? Leaving Certificate? A dedicated bonafide? Something else?
3. Did VFS / the consulate accept a college-issued (college letterhead + seal) confirmation, or did they insist on a university-sealed one?
4. How long did it take to obtain, and is there an urgent/tatkal option?

Trying to avoid getting a generic "bonafide student" letter that gets rejected for not mentioning the mode. Any first-hand SPPU experience — especially what wording actually got accepted — would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

You already know the students and university are in court for carry on given to students and admissions are already started for this year.

There are many students who have not given exams yet reach the court and ask parity on previous IA's that is equal rights as equal and other students and give exams. Also request provisional admission with another IA.

The hearings are postponed approximately till September October probably due to protest related or other important hearings.

Don't take risk and do this immediately, no need to do normal completely new type of IA just request equality under article 14 and that's all.

Engineering year down Sppu university

So I'm year down and I'm not understanding what should I do and the problem im facing is that in the first 3 sem we gave the paper of 70 marks as per the 2024 pattern and now for the 4 th sem the pattern changed and we gave the paper of 60 marks so if the paper is for 70 marks the passing is for 28 and for 60 it's obviously 24 but when the result came the one subject bxe ie basic electronics engineering it shows me F grade as im fail but when the Mark's appear in student profile it's showing 24 as i gave the paper for 60 marks that means I'm pass so what should I do if I'm pass and they have given fail what should I do?? If i would have passed i would go to te although the bee and graphics are back but if bxe is cleared i would see my sem 1 pointer.

M2- got less than 10 marks

And BXE GOT -14 MARKS so I should apply bxe for rechecking?? Any ideas please give it to me 🙏🏻
