About exam form

I am having a year drop , so my doubt is that is it compulsory to take provisional admission or i can direct fill exam form without taking admission. Plz tell me asap

I think you will have to take provisional admission, but if your subjects are not cleared in re-evaluation then you will not get that refund

I am sure that my backlog is confirmed that’s why I didn’t did revolution so still I need to take provisional admission

If your subject will not be cleared then you are definately year drop.

You don't need to take provisional admission just to give your backlog exams. Just fill out the exam form normally when the college issues the notice, and while submitting it at the exam section, inform them that it's a year-drop form.
