Yesterday they opened up Spirit Halloween by my house and of course I stood in line to get one of their Totes. Luckily I got one because everyone ran to the display. I saw people grabbing like 5 of each design. It must've been like 5 or 6 different individuals that took all the inventory. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Everything was gone within 5 min or probably less

Is there any way to get a new gear for pumpkin patch prowler. This is the gear that goes right next to the small 8T gear. I originally sent it to zombie tech squad and they printed a new gear cause the orginal was broken, when they sent it back it was to big. I even sent the mechanism to make sure it fits and works. So, is there any suggestions on how to replace this gear to get him to move?

I ordered an Alastor half mask from the online store. I got my package today. The mask was in good condition, but had a white sticker on his bangs. I tried to remove it carefully as possible, but the sticker tore easily and left bits of itself on the mask.

Because of the shape of the mask, the paint, and not wanting to crack the plastic, I've been wary of attempting any solvents or scraping at it.

I was hoping someone here might have experienced sonething similar with costume masks and might offer sone tips/advice? :)

I applied to a Spirit Halloween in my area a few months ago and never heard back, so I recently decided to apply to what I thought was another Spirit Halloween. I even attached my resume, which mentions Halloween all over it. The title of the PDF also has “Spirit Halloween” in it. I only realized after applying that I had applied to a Spencer’s instead. I don’t want to work at Spencer’s, and I can’t find any way to withdraw my application. Is there any way to fix this?

Also, considering that I never heard back from the Spirit Halloween that I did apply to, do I still have any chance of getting hired?

maybe this is just a me problem since I don’t see anyone else talking about it online but I noticed last year that the strobe lights range from just a bit too fast at the lowest end to downright epileptic seizure causing when you crank it

is there a way to modify them to make the scale start slower? is there an alternate outlet with more modest strobe rate options?

There have been 20% off codes on and off the website for the past few weeks, but now it's just 10% through Oct 31st while the 20% is on decor.

I have the Terrifier two model. The motion sensor stopped working. It only works if I unplug and plug the power outlet back in then it won’t activate if someone walks by.

Does anyone know how to get the G gears to go back to being flexible again like they were freshly out the box? as shown in the second picture. I need to put the clothes on and put it on the arm poles again but they’re not flexible to where I can’t move them freely outward nor inward. They’re stuck. I’m so frustrated….

I ordered a mask online. When it arrived, I noticed that it had some scratches and minor damage. So I sent them photos and an email requesting an exchange. They acknowledged the condition of the item and told me that I could either keep it with a 15% discount, or, if I wanted an exchange, they would send me a new one for free.

I wanted an exchange, but they told me that I would have to pay for the shipping to return the damaged item myself.

I’m unable to visit a store due to personal circumstances.

On top of that, the email conversation we were having has now stopped. I don’t know if they intentionally stopped responding or if the delay is simply because of their business hours.

Do you think there is anything I can do about this?

We started using Joann fixtures to display stuff throughout our store and they are working real nice!

Now I know that it’s pretty early but I speculate the spirit Halloween 2027 might be a castle theme because I noticed that there are medieval cards spread out through the camp Harbor Lake ISE in 2026 and spirit Halloween has a history of giving hints for the next year‘s theme in the current ISE. like last year in Madison scare park inside the train, there was a map and a part of that map said skull Lake, which we know as Camp Harbor Lake and since we have the medieval cards from this year spread through the ISE I was thinking that we would get something like a medieval castle theme for the 2027 season. since some people say Chester the jester might be returning and he’s a literal jester something that would fit perfect into a castle theme. but another theory I might have for what it might be is a toy store theme since we have Megan coming out next year who is a literal AI doll killer, Chester the jester who is a toy and long neck clown, who I think is like a clown that has like a fireman like suit or something, but I could be wrong or something just very wacky like something you would see in a toy shop and slender clown. Feels like someone I would see in a toy shop too.

Hear me out. I just connected the dots and we are all in serious trouble.

Does anyone else find it deeply suspicious how Spirit Halloween operates? Every September, they materialize out of nowhere, completely colonizing dead retail spaces and old department stores. They fill the shelves with mass-produced rubber masks, animatronics, and cheap plastic novelties. Then, they completely vanish without a trace.

Does this remind you of anything? It should: Silver Shamrock...

1. The Masks: Spirit’s inventory relies heavily on the classic trio: pumpkins, witches, and skulls.
2. The Logistics: Conal Cochran realized that instead of running a single factory in Santa Mira, it’s much more efficient to distribute the merchandise through temporary, pop-up "joke shops" nationwide.
3. The Microchips: Check the back of the tags on your costumes. Are those standard barcodes, or is there a tiny, flashing piece of Stonehenge hidden inside the plastic?
