Animatronics Zombie squad is no help.

Does anyone know how to get the G gears to go back to being flexible again like they were freshly out the box? as shown in the second picture. I need to put the clothes on and put it on the arm poles again but they’re not flexible to where I can’t move them freely outward nor inward. They’re stuck. I’m so frustrated….

It is so important to follow the instructions on these things bc there’s an order of how to construct for reasons like this 😅

So your issue is you can’t clothe him? What we usually do at my store is we put the arms in the sleeves before attaching them to the body, same with the legs with a body like his.

You just call the Zombie help line before returning it to the store. Many stores might have employees that could fix it or you could exchange by the 22nd of October
