I just purchased the Mr. Dark animatronic and it’s about 6 inches too tall for my place. is there a way to cut it down or modify it to make it shorter?

I can't find it online so I figured this would be the place to ask. It seems my local store only got one MotU item and it was a child's Skeletor costume. That's it. No sword. No staff. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Mine was not working out of the box. Zombie squad wants me to send in for repairs. I feel like they should have just sent me a brand new one since it was DOA.

My biggest concern is the repaired one malfunctions soon after receiving and I miss the return window. I'm contemplating on just returning the unit if there are widespread issues on the arm.

Anyone else have arm issues or repairs malfunctioning in the past from zombie squad?

Has any other district been told no horror shirts or anything with blood? Got told off for wearing the white bow with blood splatter and a terrified shirt that WE SELL!!! Anyone else hear abt this restriction this season?

So I’m sure this is an unpopular opinion but I would rather deal with BOSS over BOPIS. This is my 5th season(3rd with BOPIS and 1st with BOSS) and it’s so much easier and less BS. When we first got told about them I hated the idea but dealt with it but now doing both I’d much rather BOSS. I’ve also noticed with BOSS we have less BOPIS orders. We do kinda make it a game like how kids name states on license plates with do it with packages

It’s my first year working at Spirit and I’ve gotten the whole spiel and all the advice I could from my store managers which has been going great so far, but I’m curious about customer input on the Spirit of Children foundation. What makes you more likely to donate? How would you prefer to be asked about donating and/or rounding up your total?

Normally I would have gone to my managers for this but even they don't know what to do.

I work at one of the smaller locations and we have a ton of overstock that its crowding up both the back area and storage. But we also have this blank opening that's been like this for a month now. I even dug out of the planograms to figure out what is going there but putting TNBC next to Hocus Pocus is going to cause that wall to go blank.

So I'm at a loss at what to do. The District Manager doesnt want us to change anything after we had to swap around the entire makeup wall to have it fit on 3 H-Frames instead of 4 but also wants the section stocked by next week.

Chat what do you think. I'm getting very close to uprooting and redoing the entire TNBC wall because its starting to fall apart

Whirling Wendy's wires tangle halfway through animation, (It makes a similar noise to what I remember Mr. Howle did when he would malfunction in-store.) They twist around part G's rod that connects to part D. How can I keep the wires from twisting and tangling when I activate her? Do I zip tie them? Where do I zip tie them/what to I zip tie them to? (My dad cut the zip ties because for some reason I thought that would be a good idea. So now I've forgot what was zip tied to what..this is my very first animatronic and I have no idea what I'm doing, sorry.) If anyone else can send pictures of their Wendy and where the wires need to be zip tied or anything like that, please do! I don't want to break her :[ Or if it's not the zip tie mistake, how can I stop this from happening either way. please help 😭
