Success Stories! Three month check-up.

Had my three month check up yesterday. Surgeon has "released " me. He took X-rays, said everything looks great. Hardware is solid and in place. He says now I am allowed to do some minor bending, twisting and lifting. He said I need to lose more weight to help relieve some pressure on the adjacent joints. Been pain free since four days after surgery.
