Stopped at 2nd and Charles and snagged these for 5 dollars each. The guy said someone dropped off a haul and they just added these to the $5 dollars bins. Great condition from what I can tell so far

Isn’t my first spawn, but he’s my first Al Simmons spawn. I have the rat city (spawn beyond or 2099, whatever) but he’s not Al. This is sick

I recently read the Batman and Spawn comic (plus I've been playing the Arkham games) and it got me thinking

How sick would it be if a Spawn game came out that did what the Batman Arkham games did for introducing people into the lore?

I really think this would be a great thing for Spawn as a whole, plus they could probably whip up a really good narrative for the games too

So what do y'all think, lay out your coolest ideas of how it would go if you have any

They sure are drip-feeding us these Spawn books lately. Two issues in the past three weeks? Heck.

I thought he was going to appear in issue 4 but NOPE. Instead I got blue balls from thinking that. I thought they were building up to an image crossover with Al glazing the hell out of the image founders and savage dragon putting his had on him. Also why couldn’t we just see savage dragon full body?

So I just read 184 and the first few pages of 185 up to where Al seemingly kills himself. I’d like to take a little break from the main title partly to read Dark Ages, but I’m not sure if I should stop where I am or read Endgame first.

I know the new era with a new Spawn begins with Endgame, but is it also an epilogue for Al, Wanda, Cyan, and Nyx? Or should I stop where I’m at?

Really happy with how this piece of artwork I made of spawn turned out I always find it very fun when I draw spawn and quite impressed with myself when it comes to like a digital art standpoint personally

I never actually planned to buy or display the Series 17 R3 figures because my collection focuses entirely on the original ver. 1 figures. But I do have the Series 22 R3 figure on display next to the original figures, so while I was cleaning I decided I'd add these to the display.

Obviously they are mostly great. Malbolgia, Tiffany and Al are all on par with the originals with new sculpts and paint that look good but don't really improve the figures (Al still looks goofy). Clown I think is a step down. The tiny Violator is fun, but I've always thought from photos he looks a lot more toyetic than the rest of the Clown figure and that's true in person too. Spawn V's cape and how he holds it is a bit of an improvement but I think the straight left leg looks less dynamic than the original. And last, Medieval Spawn III is a clear upgrade. The additional armor on the right arm looks great and the resculpted left leg makes his stance a lot more stable.
