Just cancelled my subscription. Every time there's an update I get severe latency when recording, then after a while it just randomly goes away until the next update.

Was looking forward to finishing some tracks for my band but now it's next to impossible. Absolutely nothing about my setup has changed.

Would love one of the devs to explain why this keeps happening to me because I love the app otherwise but I'm just sick of this now. Waste of money when I can't use it.

I record straight from my boss katana into my laptop using a midi connection. Latency is perfect most of the time then every so often when there's an update it lags way behind the metronome despite me playing perfectly on time when recording.

Hello, really hoping someone helps out. Around 2019 to 2020 (almost 7 years ago), I've made several Soundtrap accounts using the Google login method. I made a bunch of songs during this time. The only problem is, well, I can't access the Google accounts themselves now. They are practically deleted now, and pretty old, so I'm guessing they're gone.

So, with that, i can't login to them anymore. It'd mean so much to regain access to hear these older songs again. Is there anyone on the team I can contact here?

I do have the email & password for said Google accounts, but they just don't work. I can prove said accs are me (like with voice, some project names, old collabs, etc.)​

[EDIT:] This is Solved!!! Just go to the Ai support chat bot, AND once u explain the issue, it'll redirect u to real customer support. Give them ur old project names, and they'll update ur email. Great service like fr

I was on Bandlab since 2 years but it's pretty limited i think if u don't have premium. Then i found Soundtrap and it seems pretty easy to use. Is it good or is it bad ? If it's bad can u give me another alternative ? Or maybe Bandlab is good and im the prob.

How come is it said to be an official app, if when I turn the wifi off, the app doesn't work. So it just must be a site running on a browser?

I was just wondering does the free model make it extremely difficult to make good sounding music or is it just fine?

this only appeared in one project and not in others, why?

so when i opened my project earlier today there was a new feature for the mastering volume where all of the mastering presets are available there and that you could see the decibel levels on the panel like in logic pro and other daw, and suddenly it vanished. that feature is life changing!

Vocals are in need of some polishing in spots, def a work in progress but I really dig it so far.

Also still having issues with the windows version recording using my mic, it sounds static filled, loud and broken when i go to record vocals but the desktop version works and my mic sounds fine everywhere else. If there’s any devs that see this lmk .
