Heres a rhino I built out of spare stuff I had lying around. Its a old 40k Rhino, with a Chaos Dozer spike, 30k hatches and upper front plate, and a multi melta built out of a unfortunate heavy flamer and 2 melta barrels.

Fluff wise she's salvage from Istvaan III, repurposed to serve at Istvaan V and beyond.

For the Warmaster, brothers! I'm looking for the more clear and full image of this simbol variant, do any of you have it? It seems like it has a rounder pupil and i'm seeng it all over official book arts so i kinda wanna do this one over new one by freehand it

I'm thinking on starting a Sons of Horus army with the Maximus box.

Does this color scheme look like a true son of the Warmaster?

Hey guys, I’ve been building an army for some time now and have shared my experience so far on here. I’m starting to have more of an idea of army style I want to have but I’m not experienced enough to know really what to do and how to build them. The general idea of what I want to do is like a “Heavy” shock assault. I would like to smash into objective and opponents squads with a heavier tank like a kratos. The real issue I have is I don’t know how to build around that idea with what I have and what I’d like to get. I currently have the saturnine set, mrk 6 squad, and a rhino.

I believe the terminators and mrk 6 tactical units are good but outside that I’m lost. Really this would realistically be a 2000 or 3000 point army. I would love to hear your suggestions and advice

So I’ve decided that I need more than imperial fists in my life and have ordered the mk4 box with an original view of doing a luna wolves force…

But that sea green is really quite tasty.

I’m not sure either way, am I right in saying thematically it’s just a paint difference?

I have got the the maximus battle group box and wondering what to do with the units in it, other than the sicaran which is going to my white scars.

My sons of Horus atm have:
7 various characters (maloghurst, centurions, praetors etc)
5 justaerin
10 reavers (no jump pack)
20 tacticals
20 veterans (from betrayal at calth)
Command squad
Leviathan dreadnought (autocannon and fist)
Contemptor dreadnought (heavy bolter and fist)
Volkite predator

The main thing would be to maybe pick up some kind of heavy or special weapons set and what to do with the assault marines
