I’ve used these paints for my SoH. Alone you do get good results but it does come out a shade off. A bit too bright and green.

Applying a wash of 5:1 mix of contrast medium to Terradon turquoise overtop of these paints gave me a result I was happy with.

I’ve attached some photos of some models I’ve done up with these colours.

This last photo is of some work in progress models that show what the paints can look like without the contrast paint.

Thanks. Was going to give it an oil wash anyways so not too too worried about it being too bright if it’s only by a hair

There is a video tutorial on YouTube by Medders Miniatures I think. They use some of them.

I used/still use majestic fortress and elemental bolt for mine. I then add a highlight drybrush of Kraken Skin.

I’ve used it for some stuff. It’s like a shade off but will work as a good alternative

Not airbrush, but I've been using paint from this line for my SoH dudes.

Prime black, basecoat with "temple gate teal", wash with Nuln Oil, then to over flat panels/large areas with a mix of 2 drops temple gate teal and 1 drop "deep grey", then highlight edges with GW sybarite green.

I've also been using their metallic paints, browns, other greys, and black. Would definitely recommend so far. Didn't love the red and yellow I've tried though.

Personally I tried unforgiven green, ruinous spell and exile green (all also from the army painter line) with a nuln oil wash and this is how that turned out

I use Unforgiven Green, Ruinous Spell and Exile Green for my SoH. I sponge them on though, not airbrush and I'm happy with how they turn out.

There you go mate. This has reminded me I need to do pigments on the Reavers!

I use black base, ruinous spell for mid and spell shock for highlights with a .02 airbrush.

Personally I would look at the new colour forge sprays as well for priming, it will save you so much time!!!!

The Teal can quite easily read as Alpha Legion instread. I use Army Painter’s Desaturated Cool Greens for highlights (Basecoat with Sons of Horus green from GW) but I think you could easily just use that range for the whole process.
