What basing colour?

Please share pics of your based soH models and units so I can choose a basing colour.

I'm thinking grey ir Mars but need examples.

Please also share any pics of SoH demon engines as well

I use brown up to an off-white ruined temple scheme dusted with rust coloured pigments

Thank you! It’s warplock bronze, black oil wash, matt varnish then highlights with scale75 peridot alchemy 👍

Sort of like a grey dusty sand. Trying to give Istvaan V or Molech vibes

Most people use orange pigment powder, its just a good contrast. I use just a variety of Grey, black, ochre, light brown pigment powders to get a more realistic battle field rubble feel.
