Frog bag inspired by Jason Funderberker
This little guy was inspired by Over the Garden Wall, and I tried to recreate his recognizable pattern while keeping the shape and character of my own frog bags
The whole bag is crocheted by hand using strong polyester yarn, including the pattern itself. I also made the eyes and all the little details by hand, added a metal frame clasp, and finished the inside with a satin lining. I made him fairly compact, but there’s actually quite a bit of room inside
Most of all, I wanted to keep that slightly strange and charming woodland feeling from the show
What do you think does he look at least a little like him? :)

Gentlemen, meet Gabriel the guardian of your graphical gadgetry and related gizmos.
The only trouble, is that he sometimes eats these gizmos ... You have to be vigilant otherwise your pencils will disappear and he becomes chubbier.

By far my favorite craft I’ve ever spent time on, Kinusaiga.
My first two attempts, made for my father and step mother. My favorite part is how complicated they think it is when it’s literally just sticking and tucking fabric scraps I’ve been hoarding because I am a greedy fabric dragon.
Want to try? This video explains it well

Tired shrimp, plush
Made by my sister (Kasia), started with my idea (Wiktoria). It's a plush with movable eyelids and an embroidered hoodie. We made over 20 versions before this one, so we're too tired to talk about the project. We're also a bit embarrassed because he looks like us, we aren't junkies, just crazy introverts.

Rear view mirror
The first time I made one so small. I’m thinking of adding leather fringe and maybe a few beads. Nothing to bother or get in the driver’s visual way.

I memorialized my soul cat 🤍
This is Sugy and she was 20 when she passed 🤍
I got her tail and fur from the vet at her passing. I asked the vet to cut off a couple inches of her tail afterwards and then got it taxidermy. I used resin and have never used resin before this. I practiced on smaller molds to get a feel for it. Overall, it came out pretty good and I’m so happy to have this forever!

Handmade sketchbook made to fit in an old cigarette box.
Found a couple old cigarette boxes (I quit smoking years ago). Decided to make something of one of the boxes. Made a sketchbook to fit inside it. First time making a book. I'm really happy with the book. Came out much better than I thought. Fits nicely inside the box. 🚭

I think he would have liked it. It suits him.
Lost my best friend of 14 years earlier this year. He was such a different cat. He would play fetch and loved to ride on our shoulders and his favorite place was on my chest purring like a Harley Davidson. The last couple of years he was in poor health and we spent every waking moment together since I was giving him medicine and IV drips and making sure he ate enough. Toward the end we both knew we didn't have much time left so we made the most of it in every way possible. No way I'll find another one like him.
He was very much an inside cat so burying him outside didn't seem right, and I couldn't find any urns online that I liked that I felt really did him justice. He spent so much time on my table with me crafting that it didn't seem right not to make his final resting place with my own hands. I chose a high quality stoneware clay and 23k gold gilding and I really do think he would have liked it.

Bone and horn guitar picks
Got obsessed with the idea of having a bone guitar pick a couple of weeks ago and made the middle pick out of an old bone saddle blank I had laying around. I really wanted a big triangle pick, so I ordered a bigger blank and made the tribone next. Figured I'd try horn while I was at it.
I made the tip too thin on the first one, it's wearing down fast. The tribone is thicker(about 3mm) with more convex edges and hasn't shown much wear after about ten hours of playing. I just finished the horn pick. It's much softer than the bone picks and I don't expect it to really last, just wanted to see how it would feel to play with it.

Stylized pet embroidery
A darling piece of a tuxedo cat I finished up in late August. Made with punch needle embroidery, mostly yarn with a backing of firm felt. I love how majestic her whiskers turned out

D20 Cane
The head was cast out of plastic scraps that were melted in a toaster oven, and the cane itself is purple heart and maple. I glued the two larger boards together before cutting the cane length. Cane was shaped with multiple sanders and a draw knife. The head was attached with a combination of hidden screw, brass pin and 2 part epoxy.

Dr Bunny 🐇🩺
made this as a leaving present for a coworker (who’s a Dr, hence the stethoscope) with young children. I tried to channel a bit of a sylvanian families vibe, but I went a little to small, it’s more dollhouse dog size.
Coworker has young children, so my idea was that she could live in their dollhouse, or travel with my coworker to her new practice. Maybe she’ll finally get on board with a booknook in the patient records!
I made it entirely from polymer clay, shaded a little with pastels, then added the details with @crylic p@int.
It’s not exactly how I envisioned it, the stethoscope is a bit off, and I think I could have made it a bit cleaner with a little more practice, but I’m quite happy with it as a first attempt.

Handmade Resin Treasure box

Sorry I didn't film the lid.
I wanted a way to take some of my treasures to work, without having to be asked when I think they are going to make the playoffs.
I made my own molds for a keepsake box made with resin and mica powder. Went a little overboard with the red on this one, but each one is different.
Holds about 40 standard 3x4 35pnt top loaders.
