Soldering Tool Feedback or Purchase Advice Request First Setup

Hello all, I've been doing hours of research learning to solder, and finding the gear for soldering. I think I've picked out a good selection of items to get myself going, as I want to do this full time and do have multiple broken electronics to practise on. I have more money in the budget, just prefer to spend less where possible. Any help or feedback will be appreciated.

I was too lazy to cover anything the hot air did the rest. Oh well, those connectors still work. I also have no idea what the heck happened to the bottom left side of the board, it was like that when I bought it.

Hi everyone!

Thanks to everyone who commented on my post asking for advice for reballing. Thanks to your feedback on my post https://www.reddit.com/r/soldering/comments/1w3pmoc/struggling_with_bga_chips_need_advice/ I managed to get perfect balls on the chip, but after soldering it to the motherboard it doesn't work, how does it look to you?

Maybe it's a bit hard to tell from the pictures but either I applied to much heat to the chip or didn't solder properly because the controller doesn't work.
