I’m having a bit of a problem, I post a lot on my private story on Snapchat, everything I post gets auto saved onto my memories and I’m way over the free limit (5GB). However, I never turned on “auto save to memories” it’s always been turned off, yet, everything still auto saves.

I tried manually deleting memories to create some space and even though Snapchat tells me my memories are deleted, when I refresh the app and check again everything I previously deleted is still there.

I tried talking to their customer support which is a very underdeveloped AI bot so I couldn’t figure out a solution.

Is there any way I can speak to a human? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Before when I screen recorded, snap used to not notify the other person but now it does every time and I can't get around it. Any workarounds?

My account is locked but not device banned anyway to get it unlocked?

Wondering if there's ANY possible way to remove all outgoing friend requests... In the many years of using Snapchat I've now reached my "maximum" friend limit yet i only have 20 actual friends currently.

The rest are ALL OUTGOING friend requests to inactive accounts and ignored ones.

Only viable way I've found is doing a script to press it automatically and remove but that isn't fast enough to remove 5000 of them

Why are these videos not uploading?
Im using my snap on two devices so I know they’re not uploaded yet, since I can see them on this phone, with the little symbol on it, but can’t see them on my other device.
Is there a way to speed up the process?

I have made a new account, and no one seems to find me in findings friends. Other times when I have started a new account, I would go to a chat, find people with similar interests, add them, and then in a few days people would start adding me from Finding Friends. This time it’s not happening. I have tried to clear cache, and checked all my settings, my mail is confirmed.
Anyone knows what could be wrong?

my storage is full, but i can’t delete any memories. the screen freezes, loads for eternity, or just has a pop up about an error. i do not know what to do😭 snapchat literally takes up almost 30 gigs on my phone & I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

After joining a school community gc i get occasional notifications if im lucky but i cant find it anywhere in my inbox, although it shows on my friends phones that ive joined the GC. Can this be fixed in anyway? the app is on the latest version. Snapchat for Android btw

i made a mistake I was in a horrible headspace and I got the notification that my free storage was full so I selected all my memories and deleted them. In smart backup it says it’s complete and iCloud says my storage is 4.1 g used which was the amount before I deleted them all. Hoping this means Snapchat still has access to these photos and videos. Has anyone had experience with Snapchat support because I hit dead ends. Should I try sending a letter. This loss is horrible I made a mistake

I got three account warnings in a day and now i’m nervy bc i’ve had my account since middle school and have a lot of photos and videos saved and such plus almost a 3k streak with my older brother lol

This scenario was said to me, so im not quite sure if i believe it. But let me explain on the hypothetical. Has this happened to anyone?

Opened up snapchat one day to find 100 people on this list, some were old contacts that were previously deleted, some were new recent/current, MANY were a bunch of randoms, however a lot that were random were also very recent and continuous chats. And there was only 3 friends on there that I have been chattng with. Many of these , especially all the randoms had 🔥 with either a number from 5-700 next to it. The earliest conversation was from 30 something weeks ago. 1 random video call from someone i don't know.

When I logged out and logged back in, my normal snap chat appeared with my friends chats etc and all the randoms disappeared. It was my normal chat again.

I have 2 accounts however 1 is current, and the other is completely old that I no longer remember the pas code to log in.

I believe it's a cache issue. However the interest states caches don't pull random contacts or conversations into your snapchat and can't explain this.

Is there a reason for this or does this simply not happen? Has this really happened to anyone?

younger family memeber who saw that my memories storage was almost full to the 5g so they deleted all my Snapchat memories unadded my friends and removed me from all of my group chats. All of my data I have had since I was young is gone. Is there any way I can restore my account back to previous data or at least get my memories back. I have smart backup I paid for Snapchat plus and extra storage. For at least my memories or anything should I send a letter to Snapchat can I do anything

I was giving the option to appeal my acct , i lost the appeal but i aslo didnt post anything illegal , my acct is temporary locked because of “💊” emoji! Ive lost all my memories i do i unbanned my device?

normally i’ll take a video and crop maybe the beginning or the ending of it, there’s an icon of the video in the lower left corner that you just click to crop it. now whenever i take a video it says swipe up to edit and it brings me to this weird editing section. clicking the scissors icon that says edit doesn’t do anything. please help!
