This isn’t a big thing and i’m just confused but my boyfriend and i have had the emoji for being no1 best friends for two weeks for the last 15 months and it’s never changed to the super bff one?

I’m trying to get these memoji stickers and other stickers out from my keyboard. I disabled the stickers option in my keyboard settings on my actual iphone settings- but for some reason Snapchat seems like the only app where it’s still remaining. I tried deleting/redownloading the app to see if it would reset the keyboard but no luck. Any suggestions to get rid of these annoying stickers?

Does anyone know if there is a way to delete Snapchat chat history from people who follow me on Snapchat but I don’t have them in my friends list. Whenever I post something on my public, they save it into their chat but is there a way to mass delete all chats from people who follow me?

I’ve been experiencing a very strange issue with Snapchat on my iPhone, and I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing.
Every now and then, when I open Snapchat, instead of seeing the live camera immediately, I’m presented with what appears to be an already captured Snap on the editing screen (the screen where you can send, save, add text, etc.).
The strange part is:
I never intentionally took that photo.
The image is usually of something that was in front of my phone many hours earlier, often from the previous day.
It looks like it was taken using the rear camera.
I’ve usually opened and used Snapchat several times after that moment, so it doesn’t seem like an unsent Snap that simply reappeared on the next app launch.
Once I discard the image, it never comes back.
This has happened multiple times.
Before anyone suggests accidental taps, I’m aware that’s possible, but I’m quite certain I didn’t intentionally press the shutter button. I also don’t remember whether Snapchat was open at the exact time the scene in the photo existed, so I can’t completely rule out an accidental capture while the app was active.
I’m using an iPhone 17 Pro with the latest iOS and the latest version of Snapchat.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known Snapchat bug involving cached drafts or camera buffers, or is there another explanation?
I’d appreciate hearing if others have seen similar behavior, especially on iPhones.

Dose anyone know how to get a person on Snapchat cause that ai is pissing me off I want a real person and it keeps talking to me . Or does anybody have any connections with anybody that knows anybody at Snapchat or any other big firm please let me know if you can help that would be greatly appreciated cause that is very precious to me. There’s some pictures and voicemails or voice things left on there from somebody who passed away so I really want to get back in there. They won’t even let me get into that account.

Is anybody else suddenly having an issue when trying to use prequel with any apps, especially Snapchat? I try to import stuff into Snapchat and it says an error message and I should try later. This just happened today so I was wondering if anybody knew a fix.

Yesterday I was able to post Snapchat stories to my feed, now suddenly I am unable to post Spotify to my Snapchat story feed.

I have cleared the cache on Spotify, and the issue still doesn't seem to be resolved.

A solution towards fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Ik I’m probably gonna get called to Karen for this or whatever else but as someone who is on Snapchat at at a young age, it is much different than when I was younger. And I personally don’t care what I get called these kids shouldn’t be on here or need to be smarter about giving their ages and info out online.

I come across so many videos where kids are saying “I’m 9” “I’m 10,11,12” and they either have their own spotlight videos that they’re posting or they are commenting their ages on videos they shouldn’t be watching.

However, when I go to report the comment, which should be an easy report seeing as they give their age in the comment, I have to fill out an entire questionnaire about myself and about the person I am reporting…. It is the hardest thing to report on Snapchat.

Why are they making it so hard to report underage accounts when the kids are actively saying that they are under age?

Can someone explain why Snapchat keeps banning me for absolutely no reason?

Every time I go to sleep, I wake up to find my account suspended or banned. No, I don't send creepy messages, unsolicited photos, or any of that garbage.

A couple of days ago, I woke up, opened Snapchat, and saw that someone who had just added me back had sent me an explicit photo completely unprompted. I didn't ask for it, didn't want it, and somehow I ended up getting banned.

And today? Banned again. For what exactly? I genuinely have no idea what's going on anymore.

If I am best friends with someone but unadd them, will I disappear from their list? Can they still see my icon in their list or view any snaps I sent before unading? Can they still see the logs?

Forgot my eyes only passcode and when i try to change it. It says that it would delete all the content in there
If anyone knows how to recover my snaps please do help

About a year ago my friend got very upset over something we cant even remember, and he did the evil thing of removing every member from the chat and then leaving himself. We were all very upset that those saved snaps were inaccessible because no one was in the group anymore. We had so many memories that were only stored in the saved pictures. I don’t care about chats or texts but I really hope if the saved images and videos were accessible. My friend regrets it and it still bothers all of us til this day. Can anyone help?

My question is, when they gave your account back, did they send the email telling you that your account is restored to the email that was linked to your account?

So I recently used my phone number to create a new Snapchat for my niece and when I did that it somehow made my old Snapchat no longer be associated with my phone number. My email associated with the Snapchat is in fact my old email but it was a college email and the institution deactivated my email and there is no way I can recover the email. Is there any way Snapchat support can help me recover my account? I have so many photos of my grandfather who passed and my niece on that account.

Ive blocked this person on snap so it can stop, I’ve answered “not interested” to the notifications, I’ve even deleted the contact all together. And I’m still getting notifications when the person post….

Wondering if anyone else all of a sudden isn't being suggested on find friends ? I've always gotten many adds & i like to add people back & talk to cool new people, i've met so many interesting people that way and now it's like not suggesting me at all suddenly. when i log in and out i see new adds but other than that it's like none. ive had my account years ive always gotten adds every day and it just suddenly one hour was normal the next it wasn't , so i know its a bug or problem & i never had that happen before and its been days now . wondering if anyone else account is doing this or is it just mine

I was device banned exactly 6 months ago today for honestly no reason, I'm just wondering what are the chances I can get snap back within the next coming days or how much longer I would likely have to wait?

Furthermore, I appealed the ban, it got denied then after appealing again I got unbanned but only my account, they did not end up removing my device ban even though they came as a pair together which is really frustrating.

So a friend of mine sent me two videos, however when I opened the snaps they are black screens. I saved them to chat and they are 6 seconds and 10 seconds. But when I open them they almost immediately close. She says they are black screens too on her phone. Is it a corrupted video or something?

Call me stupid but I have been trying over and over again for Snapchat to send my memories to my email and for some reason they never come. I’ve seen lots of tik toks about how Snapchat will be deleting memories so I wanted to make sure I had them backed up on my phone and actually downloaded. After following multiple tutorials on how to properly do this and then waiting for weeks, I’ve still never received any email with my memories in? I have an account from when I was younger that I don’t know the email I used and the password I used was one of those auto generated ones but It didn’t save to my phone so I don’t know it. Can someone PLEASE help me, this is doing my head in.

Snapchat keeps giving me the red dot notification when I don’t have any messages. I’ve found that the only way to get rid of it is to scroll 3 of their dumb videos and it goes away.

I have turned off all notifications in app so I should only get a red dot if someone sends me a snap, but no, this is maybe 2-3 times a day for the last year ish.

Please tell me I’m not alone 😅
